i am interested in DMT since roughly 2 years. I have read a lot about it, but never extracted / tested or bio eassyed it.

I also tried to find some phalaris in the local area but the plants i found grow in pretty small numbers or missed some essential phalaris features.. I was seeking for more information and found this forum.. I am pretty impressed by the chromotography result of some users and want to learn that technique too. I am also interested in learning more about identifieing whether the crop i have is phalaris and what sort of it..
There is no other plant in our region that has a good DMT level as far as i know..
i wonder if someone can use fractioning via liquid chromotography to extract pure DMT / 5-MEO-DMT.

Endlessness successfully extracted DMT from phalaris aquatica AQ1 with limonene, I believe he crashed the alkaloid out with FASA, I can't remember.
Tested, it only contained very trace amounts of gramine. SO technically Chromatography isn't even necessary for this strain/extraction, but it can be used to separate these alkaloids. A good search and you will find loads of stuff on this topic!

I haven´t seen aquatica in our region ever.. So i will need some seeds / rhizomes if i want to go that way..
But Phalaris arundinacea is pretty common in our area i think..

Do you know of any user that has tried to eliminate the gramin via methyliodine followed by a Hoffmann elimination? Maybe thats another way to get rid of the gramine contents?

Is AQ1 a name used in this forum for a special cultivated art of phalaris aquatica?

I am facinated by stuff like that. I want to go out this summer and find natural dmt plants and extract ect. In my area that would be 'Illinois bundleflower'. Even with shrooms, I've never bought them off the street, always picked my own. Their is satisfaction and rewards in that means of obtaining substances. Let us know how it goes, and definately BE CAREFUL!!! Their are alot of poisonous substances in nature too.

I know that there are a lot of drug addicts out there which "don´t give a fuck" about what they are consuming..
I asked a "friend" of mine once after he talked about a good experience on a festival with drugs what substances he has taken. He replied with: "some powder i bough from a guy in the train".. After i asked further he explained that he didn´t know what substance that was an he thinks i was some "aphetamine" or something like that..

I was pretty shocked, because i believed in some human sense before that story..

I am not that kind of person who bio essays some unknown substance.. whether i made it myself or got it from a friend. (never bought things, and never will buy such things). Ok maybe standard samples for TLC
