I have been having problems extracting dmt, is dmt soluble in iso or acetone to makea trip a mimosa or acacia extract? Do you think it would be potent enough for a trip if added with caapi vine?

Or should I go with ayahuasca? Oh and how long does changa last? Which do you think is more beneficial for healing? Sorry for double post thanks.

What method and solvent had you been using before in your attempts at extraction? DMT is soluble in iso and acetone, but I don't think it's good for extractions. My guess is that they might pull more alkaloids than you'd want than a solvent like naptha or limo. Going with ayahuasca is your own prerogative. It can be very beneficial and healing, but you'll have the nausea to deal with. The duration of changa can be quite variable depending on how much harmalas are in this mix via the caapi leaf, but you can always take refresher hits any time you feel the need to keep it going for however long you'd like. A single changa experience without redosing would be less than an hour for sure. Because of ayahuasca's purgation and long duration, I'd imagine that it may tend to be a better healer, but honestly, I would refrain from trying to make such generalizations. It most likely boils down (no pun intended Wink ) to a matter of preference.

I tried the poor man's food grade tek. Is there any local stores that might have napthaa, acetone, sodium hydroxide, etc. Like wal-mart or something,?
I really would like to smoke pure dmt and changa for healing because of time contrainsts and where I live but might end up doing ayahuasca if I can't figure out the extraction process... How much mimosa should I use for ayahuasca if I were to use 100 grams of caapi vine or is it advisable to do 50 grams of caapi ?

A hardware store like Ace should have all of the above. Keep in mind you don't want to buy your base and solvent at the same time, or even at the same location.
