What technique is the most effective in grounding yourself after meditation and after taking Entheogens because i always seem to feel spaced out for about week after doing these things and its something i would really like to learn to control properly. thanks for reading this post and i look forward to hearing your tips

Walk or dance barefoot, preferably outside

Plan a healthy diet/exercise regiment and follow it, usually small changes are best

Take up a spiritual/meditational practice - buddism, yoga, etc

Read and educate yourself

Clean and decorate your home/temple

Organize and plan your life

Make small promises to yourself you can keep, and keep them

Look for a path in life which allows you to help others, try not to get too high strung about it

I find these necessary Smile

Love and blessings

edit:
Also I sometimes find these common experiences difficult to deal with, which may be some of what you are experiencing. This is where a spiritual/meditational practice seems to be the most necessary to help me.
I am a writer, currently using these forums to build a character for a novel who becomes obsessed with strange things and has a psychotic break. I neither condone nor engage in illegal activities.

I would like to second InneffableThings comment of reading and educating. Reading books always seems to help me when I experience thing like these. They don't have to be to deep or anything. Just stabilize your environment, in your own way. Oh and this might not help you but take shower regularly, showers always seem to ground me.

Best of luck!

Do something creative! Especially if you have any experience painting, or doing computer art, or playing a musical instrument. The outdoors is also great (I know, it's February). Writing is also good, as mentioned above. Try to articulate your experience, even if indirectly. Doing something creative is an active way of integrating the experience.

...also mentioned above: reading can be great too. You've had a recent perspective tweak, and you may find yourself marveling at the slightly different ways (or drastically different, possibly) that you digest and interpret what you read.

Share your experience here, in detail, in the experience reports! Writing down the details of your journey during the afterglow will help you remember specifics. Does your new perspective give you any specific new insights? Write those down too!

You can take a very proactive role in the integration process... It's an art in itself.
