Walk or dance barefoot, preferably outside
Plan a healthy diet/exercise regiment and follow it, usually small changes are best
Take up a spiritual/meditational practice - buddism, yoga, etc
Read and educate yourself
Clean and decorate your home/temple
Organize and plan your life
Make small promises to yourself you can keep, and keep them
Look for a path in life which allows you to help others, try not to get too high strung about it

these common experiences difficult to deal with, which may be some of what you are experiencing. This is where a spiritual/meditational practice seems to be the most necessary to help me.
