on sunday i was in my basement doing some work and bumped a waterline and cracked a pipe at one of the fittings

decided i might as well have the plumber check all the pipes while he was here - comes upstairs a n hour later and said he'd like to replace a couple sewer lines and three water pipes - i give him the OK

next day he shows up to do the work i lead him into the basement and he begins work - couple hours later and he comes upstairs expecting payment for the job - i pay up

before he walks out he looks over at me and says how do you keep your pipes so clean, i've never seen anyone with sewer pipes that were buildup free - i look at him and say we have elves that help out around here - he chuckles and walks out

true story thought i'd share that with you all

i was at the bookstore a couple weeks ago and the lady helping me find my book said that elves were moving the books around

hahaha

that's fantastic... last time i picked up my lye the clerk said, "you dont look like a meth dealer... must have some backed up pipes."
