hi guys, i just got from ethnobotanicals some Banisteriopsis caapi 200X Vine Extract (95% Pure Alkaloids)
and have no idea how to calculate how many mg to take n how much spice for a stong pharma trip, please recommend dose

Not sure about your caapi extract, but as for the DMT, I would pick a starting dosage between 50-75mg for your first time. People's sensitivities to pharma range practically unrivaled. There's no telling why some are more sensitive to pharma than others which doesn't seem to have to do with weight and doesn't reflect sensitivity to other routes of administration. For one 150lb man, 50mg DMT could be overwhelming and for another 150lb man, 200mg may create the same level and intensity of experience. Getting in over your head with pharma can be quite unsettling, so it's best to play it safe and start on the lower end of the spectrum to find out where you lie. Assuming your MAOI works, you can always simply drink some more DMT later, or you can do what I like to do which is to smoke a small dose of DMT. This is practically guaranteed to kick things up to the next seven levels for about an hour or so. Once the hour is up, if you feel like you could go again, just take another rip or two, or if you've feel like you've had enough, you can just sit back and ride out the rest of your pharma experience. This method makes it rather easy to dose with pharma because it's orally so unpredictable that there are inevitably tons of misfires and underdoses - most of which can easily be fixed by smoking a little DMT. Be careful though, smoking DMT on pharma may very likely be the most powerful experience you'll ever come across.

thanks for advice, have taken aya many times n changa, and always found myself to have very high tolerance, so thinking myb 100mg to start. have found many threads on how much dmt and regular maoi to take but nothing regarding super high maoi extracts like this or how to calculate, any takers?

For me 200х sounds much strange: If in Caapi even 1% b-carb. then after 200х extraction =200% that is to say in 1g 200x will be kept 2g b-carb. This impossible. We shall Expect, producer is cunning and total concentration close to 100% (They look as clean crystals? ) In such event I have tried to begin with 80-100mg. Then through 20-30min if you will not feel loading the body, + else 80-100mg. (All this better dissolve in glass and drink that quicker acted). And already afterwards through 20-30min Spice. Wake circumspect. You sure of seller? This really looks as crystals? You may get the photo? Nearly no information on 200х, will be valuable to hear from you as this goes. Good luck!

Yes, probably so and there is =95%. Then must work OK (around 100-160mg). You still have time to in their own plan? Give us to know, when return!

With full caapi alcaloids extract brown powder I'd dose around 250mg or 200mg, then add around 75 to 100mg dmt fumarate (or salt) if freebase dose 50 to 75mg dmt.
