A bowl or 3 of cannabis in the evenings. A bowl of Changa every now and then, and veeery occasionally a cigarette when my friends manage to convinvce me to go out drinking. I don't understand how they can do it so often.

Both, but quit smoking ciggarets for like 4 days ago for the 100th time. Got a feeling I am going to make it this time Very happy

There is one simple trick: don't think about it. Not in positive, not in negative. Don't think about the fact that you did quit. You are not a smoker, why would you think about it?

If you see your mind wandering toward those ideas, change your focus on something else as fast as possible.

If anything, focus on how healthy you feel, how freely you can breathe.

Yeah those are great tips, its a pain in the beginning, but after awhile speaking from experience I get really disgusted by ciggaretesmoke. So far so good, I think the will is there this time.

it feels good to breath the air once more, damn I sleep 12 hours wake up depressed and drained and headaches that last for days. After stopped smoking, it all stopped. 8 hours sleep, feeling energized and happy.
