There is one simple trick: don't think about it. Not in positive, not in negative. Don't think about the fact that you did quit. You are not a smoker, why would you think about it?
If you see your mind wandering toward those ideas, change your focus on something else as fast as possible.
If anything, focus on how healthy you feel, how freely you can breathe.
