Hi & Namaste, friends.

I'm preparing for my first DMT trip and about to order some plant or whatever that contains DMT.

The two DMT sources i've found and am thinking about ordering are:

Phalaris arundinacea
Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark powder

Which of these do you recommend I buy ? or do you recommend some other source of DMT that i can order online ?

I of course want to do it the simplest, easiest and quickest way with the most potent stuff (I will be very careful about the dose i'm going to take)

I rather want to take it orally than smoke it. Is it necessary to extract the DMT from the sources or can I just eat the herb or whatever and receive the effects ?

What do I need to make it the best experience it can be ?

Hi , from what you wrote I read that you do not know much about what you want to do and how you gonna do it. I suggest to you to read and read and read about dmt extraction and once you are very confident about it then you go and order all you need for it. If you go to DMT Nexus Wiki you will find there all you need to know

Regarding your question you definitely go for mimosa root bark but you will find out that for your self once you went through few teks. good luck

ive still not done an extraction yet but i do know that patience is key in this game.
why are you in such a rush? take some time to read about dmt and what it does, as well as how to perform extractions (there are MANY teks out there- find the one right for you).
MHRB afaik contains a much higher DMT content.

also, as far as i can tell, the simplest and quickest extraction tek will not yield the purest or most potent product.

like smokerx said, the Nexus Wiki will tell you EVERYTHING you need or want to know.

however, a tip on having a good experience is centre yourself beforehand.

What they said. The more comprehensive your understanding is, the more you will comprehend. Kinda redundant, but seriously, like smokerx said, "read and read and read". The wiki and the vast weaving of threads throughout the nexus will give you nothing but knowledge that is entirely relevant. The firmer the foundation, the greater the temple.

The ritual of RebornInSmoke is awesome. Focus on love and you will have a head start. Set and Setting are sooooooooo important!

It's also nice to be in shape. I also find that the type/quality/quantity of food inside of my body can color the experience. I don't know if it is psychological or physiological. Raw organic seems to work the best for me.

Anything more that you can learn and practice about meditation and yogic breathing will serve you well .

I suggest you start with smoking the dmt.
This is the easiest way and if you don't like the effect it's gone within 15 minutes.

What everyone else said - Read your ass off. Don't worry too much about it, it's intimidating at first but I went from nothing to extracting 1.5 - 2% yield in just under a month (including ship time on raw materials).

I'll save you some time and suggest Q21Q21's Lime Tek 2 (the second one using Naptha in the wiki). The supplies are relatively easy to come by, it's not very dangerous in terms of chemicals and if you can follow instructions well then it's pretty foolproof. Good luck!

.When you smoke it, do so in a state of SURRENDER.
.CONCENTRATE on what is happening in the experience.. if you feel your thoughts pulling you away, just keep concentrating on what you are seeing. this is vital to me, especially on high dose breakthroughs, where the intensity can be quite testing of the individual
.remember LOVE is the key
.smoke somewhere quiet, alone is nice, but if you feel comfortable with a sitter that is also good, just make sure to tell them not to talk while your in the experience
.remember that the present moment is all you got. thinking about the future or past can often put a nasty filter on the present if you linger on them too much...

Is it possible and safe to just buy Mimosa Hostilis (Jurema) inner root bark powder and smoke that powder and get the dmt effects ?

Have you even read all the advice above you have been given ? It is not safe to play with most powerful psychedelic. Till you read all about it and understand what you are about to go through I am sure you are not going to get more advice then you already got my friend.

We do not want any irresponsible people here. This is not a game for most of us.

a bit of a read, OP, but please read ALL of it:

(first off, to your question, no you cannot simply smoke the powdered MHRootBark. why do you think people have to do extractions? the end product is nowhere near the weight of the plant material you started with. think about it )
smokerx hit the nail on the head. DMT REALLY is THE most powerful psychedelic known on the entire face of this planet.
its not just simply pretty rainbows, unicorns n cool fractaling geometric patterns.
it is so, so, so much deeper than that. as smokerx said, did you even read any of the advice posted above?
your seeming want to rush into this experience unprepared worries me a bit, i must admit.
you really should read as much as possible before embarking on your journey down the dmt path, lest you be put off by an incredibly intense overwhelming negative experience. (it can and does happen)

trust me when i say this, because its true- the people giving you advice in this thread are giving very helpful, sound advice, and are doing so because they genuinely care and do not want to see you go through an eternity of hell only to come back her posting all sorts.
we would like to see you experience the reality shattering (might sound cliche but you WILL understand this when u smoalk dmt) effects of the most divine, potent gift our species has been given, in a GOOD way, instead of experiencing it in the worst way possible.
so please, for your own sake, and for ours, please educate yourself on this subject as much as you can, and learn patience. it is a virtue all too rare these days.

what are you looking to get out of the experience?
what are your intentions?

these 3 are very important fundamental questions you need to ask when embarking upon the most intense and profound experience of your life.
all this talk from people, of meeting with the godhead, aliens & otherworldly beings and entities, of journeying to faraway lands, of being ripped to shreds by demons etc etc..
you think people make it all up and post it just for fun? i dont mean to sound like a downer, and i fully understand that for some people, dmt is just used to get high and for fun,
but in all seriousness, it really is pretty serious stuff.

please take the time to read up on the Nexus Wiki as well as the rest of the forum, i would recommend reading some of the Experience reports and "first steps in hyperspace" threads too.

i may have come off as a bit of an uppity prick, but know this, i am still very new to dmt myself (first trip in december just gone), and i am simply trying to ensure you do not experience the kind of hell i did.

Hiii I have read all u said twice and alot more on dmt but not tried it. yet. ... im really happy about what i have read about it. but wow my friend said that you could be in the trip in another reality for 50 years but it would only be 20 minutes in this world .. can you really be in the trip for so long ? how do you make sure it is the best it can be ?

I would say your friend is stretching the truth a little. Yes you can get major time dilation but 50 years....I don't think so.

Please just do what others have said and READ. I'm not sure you have the right mindset as its not about how quickly you can get your hands on the strongest super dmt but the journey taking to that very special place.

I know it sounds a little cheesy but I and many others have walked the same path.

It's worth it.
