I've used a combination of lavender and ylang ylang oil for many years to help me relax and to get in a more positive state of mind.
A very hot bath with 5-8 drops of each is heaven when feeling stressed out Smile

I used to always put a drop of essential oil on my pillows/mattress after washing all my bedding. It was wonderful.

Then I used up all my favorite oils. >.<
Some things will come easy, some will be a test
