I'm planning to make The Machine, and I need some advice on which bottle to use.

I have one 0.05l but it's very wide. Another one is more proportionate but very small, only 0.025l. Which one is better? Or nether are good? Thanks

The lower one seems better, but a minature Hennesey bottle is the 'ONE' to use.

Yes, but sadly it is not available in my region. Henessy is 0.05l, so isn't 0.025l gonna be too small or size doesn't matter really?

I would go for second one as well. you will need a special drill bit to make hole in the glass. be careful when doing it I had two bottles exploding in my hands they where both little wine bottles.
