..i've noticed it's not even possible to google the Lycaeum forums at the moment..has it been taken out..?
was a good site for information, though not as psychedelic-orientated as when it started (back in '96)
is it gone..? i know Norman and a few other nexians were sometimes spotted over there..it's dissappeared briefly before, but no google hit..?

I believe it might be in for a much needed overhaul. The forums themselves are still up and running.

Yeah The Lycaeum was the first place I used to go for info, then I found Erowid. i guess they really needed to overhaul the site. It didn't seem to change from the 90's.

It'll always have a place in my heart if it's gone though. Great source of info that!

I just went there and they are back online. I hadn't noticed them offline but frankly, I frequent here far more often. I'll be honest, I find the folks here at the Nexus and the discussions exchanged, far more captivating than those on: Shroomery, Edot, Lycaeum Forums, Psychonaut.com and Spiritplant forums.

That being said, there are certainly worthwhile discussions on any and all of them. It's just a personal thing or maybe something in my own karma? But this place feels more like HOME. For that, I salute you all and thank you for being you. Anyhooooooo... Lycaeum forums is alive and kicking. Cool
There is no self to which I cling, for I am one with everything.
