I've decided to start making small tweaks to my aya brewing technique. One such change is to brew with vinegar for a full hour and a half as apposed separating and reducing every 30 minutes. Does anyone know if this will reduce the strength of the medicine? Also while we are at it what are your favorite techniques for brewing?
