I can't break though because I puke before I can. The nausea from DMT is psychosomatic so does anybody have some tips on how to stop this without bringing in bud? thanks.

The only natural anti-emetic I know of, besides weed, is ginger... the other option is to take an antihistamine like doxylamine succinate about an hour before your journey...

ginger works for me. though i have never tried fresh ginger, Gravol Natural Source Ginger Tablets from the pharmacy work like a charm. Though im sure you can make some sort of ginger tea using fresh ginger, or maybe even eat it??

All i do, as a preventative is take 2 of these natural gravols and im good to go.

Big pieces if you can . It works, keep it handy .

Essential lemon oil is supposed to contain the same anti-emetic substance as ginger but in a more concentrated form. Taking 7-10 drops before taking the harmalas/DMT might reduce or even mitigate your nausea.

Kind regards,

What size dose are you smoking? Larger doses can tend to cause nausea where you may be able to achieve a breakthrough by backing off on dose so you can fully let go.

What device (bong, bowl, GVG, machine....) are you using and with what kind of lighter? Depending on which one you use and how you use it, you may be more or less likely to burn the DMT. Nausea can is a common symptom of burnt DMT.

You may also wanna consider not eating so much, or eating light before the experience. Go into the experience on an empty stomach and see if the nausea is still there.
