SWIM ordered the big mhrb from pedro to Germany. Instead of his package he just got a letter from customs. They want him to show them the proof of payment. As soon as SWIM would do so, they would have an evidence that he indeed ordered dodgy natural dye. But maybe they just want to check if pedros bill is alright and collect some taxes. Mhrb is still legal in Germany as long as you are not going to do something illegal with it. SWIM got busted with drugs before, could this be a real evidence that SWIM wanted to do something dodgy? How do they want to proof his purposes at all (do they have to)? If customs want to know how this natural dye he wants to color eco-shirts with, is called or where it exactly was ordered from, SWIM should avoid the evil m-word right? You probably all know googles opinion about "mimosa hostilis" . But if they notice SWIM has someting to avoid to mention... SWIM doesn't feel good these days at all. Should SWIM refuse the package? But this might be even more dangerous he thinks. German people, do you have any experiences with customs and mhrb? Do you usually pay taxes for your dye an this is just normal what happened? Can SWIM walk in there and get his package safely? SWIM would be so grateful for advices, opinions and experiences. Thanks a lot!

they want your money. if it would be a present it would be duty free. they assume it is none beause .... well what kind of present would that be :-) so they want the invoice to get the invoice amount, then theyll add 19% and you have your additional costs (perhaps fee also, dont remember). do you have anyone in your family or so who is into medieval clothing or something like that? this would be a perfect explanation for your order Avatar: 1877 pierre auguste renoir model: jeanne samary gimped by Combin

5kg is bound to attract attention!
1Make sure you have no processing stuff at home that would indicate you are extracting alkaloids. 2, Make a mock setup for dyeing cloth, T shirts etc. ( plastic buckets, presses, (definitely no lye or naptha lying around). 3. Contact these guys with your invoice and say that it's "Akazxienrixnde zum Färben mit natürlichen Pigmenten ( maybe adjoin some info. about dyeing with plants)
Good luck. The germans are very dilligent, ( point nr. 1 very important)

They know your name and address,so if they wanted to bust you they could have easily done that. It's most likely about the tax thing, since they can't even proove you're gonna do anything fishy about it The character Indoril_Nerevar is an artistic work of fiction, and thus all his claims and ideas are works of falsehood and fiction and should be treated likewise. Barney, You have just 1 post I notice, yet you have 5kg of MHRB waiting at the customs office. You say you've been "busted" before. Please explain also to the members here at the Nexus why you need 5kg of this stuff? Assuming a yield of 1% that would be 50 gr. of spice. iow. 50000mg divided by 30mg = 1666 hits! You plan on doing quite a rip by the sound of it. I hope there is no intention to distribute? That's not well received here. And if it was the case, you probably deserve your ass being busted again!

Yeah, it's perfectly plausible that he could be storing longterm, especially with all the attention MHRB has been getting. A witch hunt does nothing except turn the community against itself. Rather than tell people "do 100g extracts or GTFO", be welcoming and emphasize that it's not a commodity to be sold.

If you two had noticed , I first offered assistance with Barneys "little problem" . Also I asked him to explain that to the Nexus why he needs material for 1500+ hits. Don't be so quick to rally a defence for a x1 poster, before he's explained things for himself. Try putting your efforts into some constructive/ creative writing and get yourself off flowerpot status before extolling the virtues of producing/ storing wholesale quantities of spice

Thank you all! And no, SWIM did not think about distributing. When he thougt about taking the 1.7 or the big one he knew he will waste some by trying around different procedures and never wanted to take the risks of an order ever again. But thats what everybody would say... Indoril_Nerevar wrote:They know your name and address,so if they wanted to bust you they could have easily done that. It's most likely about the tax thing, since they can't even proove you're gonna do anything fishy about it SWIM thinks that without an evidence that really SWIM was the one who did the order, nothing can happen at all. But, do they really have to proove that something fishy will be done or do they just have to be "sure"? @kyrolima & darkunft Sounds like you know what youre talking about, right? SWIM doesn't want to be rude, you surely understand how important the difference between an opinion and a fact is for SWIM in this case.

TRUST ME... if they were going to arrest you they would go to your door, handcuff you, search your house and then either let you go or bring you in... I know first hand! I was arrested for sending my friend xanax through the mail. Not a big deal in my mind at the time, not until i got a knock at the door and the police were standing there with my letter and the 10 bars i sent in a plastic bag.
If they were going to arrest you they would have already! No way in hell they would give you a heads up about it!

Or pehaps he wants to become a local MHRB supplier in Germany.... It's not illegal (is it). And IMO would'nt be such a bad thing seeing as they're always out of stock, and folks out their that want it but are too scared of customs ect.

1. If MHRB is so legal why are you afraid ? MHRB is in the gray area. I don't get why people refuse to see this. 2. Unless kyrolima & darkunft are the customs agents dealing your case they can't give you facts just their experience. 3. When you buy outside EU you pay tax. 4. Clean your house, inhale deeply and go collect your medicine. 5. Report back Got GVG ? Mhm. Got DMT ? it is an experience for me (and so it is a fact?? ok, a fact of history, not a fact of fortune telling). i guess every case in the different states could be handled differently, so there may be a risk. but as so many said: just have your house clean for a while, go there with a story for what you need it and take every precaution you feel necessary. and you could get into your states (Bundesland i mean) handling (laws, customs, cases) of such cases. (for al the non germans, we have states too which are not that independet as yours in the US but similar, so they can handle it differently). If theres no proper payment bill as the customs in germany need it attached to the package, its most likely that they send you a letter that you have to come and proof it. for sendings worth over 100โฌ, a certain amount of tax gets added to the sending. most probably they just want you to proof if the sending is over that 100โฌ mark or less in worth.
the same happened to me with the GVG. but when i showed the proper bill, and paid my 19% everything was OK. He was neither looking strange at the GVG or some.
The rootbark might pass if there is a bill attached outside to the package which fits the german customs standards. that might not be the case. think as well of, that your rootbark might just be labeled inside the package as 'sandalwood' or 'mimosa pudica' as it was reported often here in the forum, so that there might be no evidence pointing to the 'bad m-word'.
good luck.
