Was heaven worth going through hell?

Right, first off, I am most definitely not an expert or Guru! Not even close. How ever I feel at least partially qualified to answer the question...

So yes, I have experienced hellish / torturous trips. They are very unpleasant. Probably the most unpleasant thing you will ever experience on any drug* (I am still wrestling with whether I actually think this stuff is a drug tbh)... But more predominantly, I have experienced bliss on an unimaginable scale. I have felt joy and euphoria from the very pit of my soul, I have felt an interconnection with everything that is, was or ever will be - and that is kinda special y'know?!

I am doing my best to describe the indescribable when I write these reports, a certain amount of poetic license has to be employed.

My trips have ranged from dark and utterly terrifying:

The Man Who Flew Too Close To The Sun

To utterly divine and ecstatic:

Transcendental Flower Party

I Have Seen the Light

To a combination of the two (I still value this as one of my 'landmark' trips even though the start freaked me out a little bit):

Re-Birthday

Now, I would go through the terror and panic again to catch a glimpse of the above experiences, I accept that from time to time I am going to have to experience a trial by fire of sorts. I don't think DMT would be an incredible molecule if it didn't / couldn't show you both sides of the coin.

Many / most people hear about my experiences with this stuff and they say 'Oh I only want to experience basking in the presence of God, not the terror and pain aspect' - that to me is a sign that they aren't ready to experience what it has to offer, you need to understand that there can't be unfathomable bliss without unfathomable discomfort of some sort to be able to come back with your psyche in one piece. Heck even the blissful ones can leave me a little rattled due to the sheer amount of bliss experienced!

Any way, I hope that goes in some way towards furthering our understanding, I understand if you don't feel like wading through all of those reports Wink

*Except Salvia, which has done a real number on me in the past!!!

Soaring heights are that ive realized im eternal and part of the bigger life and not trapped in a 3d body. Hellish nightmare trips tell me that ive went insane and im probably a small part in some alien scientists lab experiments Smile
