hey fellow cosmos explorers hope your all well
i have recently been using changa for hyperspace exploration instead of pure dmt, and have noticed quite a significant difference in the effects between the two. i feel a much more earthbound presence to the changa experience - the visions have quite an ancient earthly feel - whilst my pure dmt experiences feel a little more broad/universal and less 'earthly'. This is not to say that the experience of changa is not one of complete connection to the whole cosmos ... but it definitely has a different flavour.. perhaps less alien than i find with straight dmt. my last breakthrough experience with changa i was astounded to meet (what i interpreted him as) the spirit of a shaman getting around in hyperspace who took a moment out of his time to heal me and show me the different layers in hyperspace. the changa that i have is made with cappi leaves and bark, blue lotus, damiana, mugwort and i think there was one other ingredient that i am forgetting.

my sense is that maybe the cappi leaves and bark contribute to this effect?

There is definitely a difference between straight spice and changa. Changa for me is more green and brown and earthy while straight spice is alien red and yellow and blue and super hi-def resolution...

The caapi may very well be attributing to that earthy feel, but whenever I smoke DMT whether in enhanced leaf (not including caapi) or DMT freebase as opposed to vaping either of them, I've noticed the experience to have an earthy feel, and I believe I've used those exact words in fact.
