What I mean by the heading is: Everyone who has researched dmt via the internet or reading like me has always heard about entities, aliens, other universes ect. Now I think that is imprinted in my mind. I see those things on my journeys.

Now say someone who does'nt know anything about dmt, or what to expect was given a breakthrough dose? What do you think they would see?

Now don't get me wrong, I'm just pondering the thought. I would never give dmt to 'someone who does'nt know'. Even though I know alot a people who could probably use a good dmt trip to knock em back down to Earth a little.

Depends on the person. Some people are aware that it happens- yet never make contact.

In short, yes I do believe it's possible.

After hundreds of voyages, I have never seen elves or aliens. Only Psychedelic sock puppets that move around and observe me and communicate through movement.

intelligent geometric symbols illuminating language, communicating to you.

i think the basic interpretation for a human (yet perhaps not faith) would be they see 'entities.'

Clowns jesters carnival themes are common even in people
Who have never heard of this stuff . I have personally witnessed this.I have yet to fully understand this .
One thing seems apparent , the clown as archetypal figure runs way
Deeper than I ever thought possible.
The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible.

When I started vaping DMT, I was surprised how in the initial journeys the jester stopped by very often(I never gave thought to jesters before), and was the first entity I saw. They come in many characters, some of them are very very unpleasant. These days I don't see them very often when spicing. It could be simply that jester is the closest thing we have to them in our world, maybe "out there" they are just normal fellas/gals who just have colorful outfits that match the scenery around themSmile

This can happen wiht any psycedelic. and some forms can have differnet trips. When i was doing mushrooms as a tenager and listening to heavymetal, in my room, by myself i would have these "demons" whose faces were simlar to mine come out from the green/purple tracers from the wall or my dark side of the moon poster. they would tease me on my fears, like say masturbation, and get feelings of guilt or selfdoubt. It was partialy the music. I tripped alone to see how far i could go. One time a does of lsd had everything come at me at a spiral and cars were coming of the road to hit me. i just barely got passed a speeding train that night too(RUSH!!!)MTV videos had Sheena E(white one) butter my popcornWink I did DMT b4 the WWW was that big and had my trip that is explained inthe intro essay(awesome). I think seeing "entities" is just our minds eye butting a face to the voices in our head (reason and fear). I believe in God. when i went into light I FELT the spirit, i FELT the energy field around me. If you concentrate hard enough you can turn hallucinations into something else...like those times way back on white drugs..turning the gov. agents in the trees into beautiful women. I dont think its healthy to believe you can see "real" entities in another dimension becuase when they turn bad, your never going to want to chance running into "them" ever again. Remember..when you have a terrible nightmare, you usually wake up wiht your heart racing just as something bad is about to happen. On DMT, you might have 10 minutes left before you can.

Greetings! This is my first post to the forums. I have been observing, yet never bothered to register.

Anyway, I know someone whose first breakthrough memory was in a room with friends. On the wall were Odenendo pieces featuring many faces. One of these faces became a jester and was running around the room. One image with many faces turned into a forest. Upon closed eyes he began rising, ended up meeting a seemingly unimportant person who led him to a door. Leading up to the door there were many lesser spirits spiraling around, almost eager to observe his presence. After the door was a futuristic room with 2 reptilian beings. One seemingly female, the other male. They seemed to download and analyze his entire memories and being and even asked for his comment on a few spots. The did not seem evil, more like scientists tagging an animal in the wild.

IME, the experience tends to be themed in a way that the person can understand. So a religious person is likely to interpret their visions as God(s), while others might see aliens or spirits.

What about all the non-religious people who end up seeing God? I've had entities I've perceived as God, other entities that have appeared as aliens, others as spirits, others as jesters, others as pharaohs...I had no clue that pharaohs could end up in my experience, and yet there they were. I do agree though that different people may have different tendencies regarding the sorts of labels that they may put on the entities than others. Someone I introduced to it a couple weeks ago who knew close to nothing about it (beyond the words of caution I gave him before he did it) said that he also was seeing clowns of some sort.

I too have a jester type thing who has been in many of my experiences, and frequently the whole trip has a carnival feel to it, this happened without me reading any reports beforehand of clowns or jesters.

I also have a more menacing character (hard to describe its appearance, very large with a checkered body and what I have assumed is some kind of weapon) who pops up from time to time and attempts to drag me into a nightmare realm. It succeeded on our first encounter but subsequent times I have been able to 'force' it out of my trip and keep myself in the... dunno, 'friendly zone' I guess.

It's odd that these 2 distinct characters frequently in my trips.

Some of the stuff. No, MOST of the stuff I have seen out there is certainly not the construct of my mind, it can't be. It is just too Shocked

To be quite honest, I ended up joining the nexus because of my encounter with other 'beings'. I had pursued psychedelics as a mode of spiritual research, but on one of my first journeys I came face-to-face (in a manner of speaking) with these odd ephemeral alien entities that had information that I just could not have known myself. This was highly perplexing and the experience was so shockingly real and familiar that I scoured every corner of the internet to find out if anyone else had ever experienced this type of extraterrestrial contact. Come to find out it's a common theme when dealing with DMT based compounds.

Before my experience I had only mildly entertained the idea that exterterrestials actually existed and I'd have laughed at the idea of gnomes/fairies/elves. However personal direct experience showed me otherwise and I've encounterd all of them at this point (well, haven't actually met a fairy tbh but gnomes and elves for sure). Some beings are so difficult to explain the best way I can describe them is something like 'elastic stretch armstrong wacky waving inflatible armflailing tubemen' type beings.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is I entered into psychedelics without any prior knowledge of this type of entity contact, but got it all the same. Since this is how it was for me I'm more inclined to believe that the DMT space is actually inhabited by these type of creatures (whether they be actual or archtypes of some type).

OK, now I gotta talk about last nights breakthrough, as it pertains to this thread.

I finally concoucted a good vaporizing device and felt drawn to test it last night. Tossed aproximately 30mgs and managed to smoke it all it one thick, slow, draw. It started hitting me hard halfway through inhaling the first hit so I knew I was in for it. Managed to get 1 more tiny hit with what was left.

That literally slammed he into hyperspace! The only thing I remember on the way in was a wall of evil looking faces that transformed into kind, loving faces right before I bonked out. When they say you know when you breakthru they ain't kidding! The weirdest thing was, their were barely ANY visuals! And when I came to enough to comprehend, the only thing I got was them laughing at me like they just played the funniest prank on me! I started laughing with them but abbruptly stopped, feeling like a dumbass realizing they're way more advanced than me. But in general the vibes I got were more like a pat on the back... You did it.

The whole experience seemed real quick as opposed to taking smaller hits

I had read trip reports and heard Mckenna talks about it before trying it, so I had in my mind an expectation of what these beings would look like, what the place would look like ect, but the entities and places Ive seen are NOTHING like what I expected or imagined. Ive never seen anything remotely resembling elves either. In Strassmans book he discusses this, and doesnt tell some of the subjects about others' encounters, and they still have them. So I dont think your expectations of what youre going to experience have that much of an effect on what you actually experience.

I think that the gospel of mckenna is taken a bit too absolute by many people. What you´ll encounter is a reflection of who you are, meaning everything you´ve ever experienced, everything that´s ever been told to you and some stuff that you may have seen on the discovery channel.

There´s no reason to assume that there is a specific DMT-realm anywhere in the brain or the universe.

I agree. In one of his talks where he gives the famous elf description that's quoted ever so slightly out of context on wikipedia (if I remember correctly, I haven't read that page in years), but before launching into his vivid descriptions of self-dribbling jeweled basketballs and machine elves, he offers the disclaimer that everything he's about to say is akin to untrue. I forget exactly how he puts it, and he's not saying he's lying either. What he is saying is that his over-reductive descriptions which come across quite brilliantly nonetheless, cannot even begin to capture the essence of the beings and places he made contact with. They're more poetic descriptions than anything else. Most people hear elves, and they have a very specific image in their head. Now for all I know, there may be cases where the entities do bear a more striking visual resemblance to elves than what I've seen and believe he may have been talking about. Have I ever seen the elves? I'm unsure. Have I ever heard them? Most definitely. I've heard the tiny squeaky elf chatter as clear as day. The gigantic white light entity I made contact with a week and a half ago had a voice that sounded so much like an elf, and was simultaneously and paradoxically gigantic and tiny at the same time. It was one of the few entities to not only speak in English, but speak in sentences that actually made sense. Usually if it's English, it's still gibberish. All the words are words, but they're all in the wrong places making no contextual sense.
