Is it possible? My first several pulls have been pure white, gradually the have gotten more yellow. However after extracting roughly 5 grams from 500 grams of mhrb my last pull left me with a waxy reddish substance that will not dry out. This substance smells like dmt but I have not encountered it before. Is there a chance that I have pulled jungle spice using naphta? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

no..well maybe if there was xylene added to the naptha. Go read the ingrediants.

no xylene just pure vm&p Naphta, this is certainly strange. Ill collect it all and re-x and see if it comes clean then I guess...

could it have oxidized somewhat?

I tried to dry it with a blow dryer, which usually works for me, so yes it could have oxidized

Re-X yielded clean crystals, there must have been something else in the goo...

I have this oily stuff too. This was the last of my ether extraction. I decided to evaporate in a dish. Ether evaporates very quickly and it was half a shot glass. After a few hours I checked and the dish was all yellow. Several hours later I used a razor blade to see if it scraped like dry material. But it was just dark yellow goo. This morning it is dry, but I am sure when I blow on it it will melt the fats again. I am thinking I need a wash.

But this pull is the result of mhrb that has been in lye for like a week, totally broken down. Much junk came with the pull I am sure. How much of it actually is DMT...I have no idea. I am out of source material now and waiting for my delivery. But I will use naphta next time and see if I get real snowglobes. In ether you don't get much of that...no matter how concentrated you let it evaporate too.
