What should I do then? Do I just have to let them send it back? I cant find any info that says iboga is illegal in Norway..do anyone know if it really is?? Do they have my adress under the radar now? Should I be careful with ordereing more stuff to my adress? Could it lead to that the police can come to my house, if I try to order more??

........I really just want to live my life in freedom, peace and harmony, and smoke my changa, eat my mushrooms, and take my iboga whenver I want.. I dont need anyone to tell me what I can do or not do to my own body and mind..Im perfectly capable of making those decitions myself...

Why are we not doing anything about this messed up goverments?? We outnumber them drastically......

I don´t live in norway but preety close by, but as far as ive heard norway has a list of herbs that you can import into the country.

anything not on that list doesnt get in the country, fucked up? you bet.

My idea is that you get someone in sweden who you can send the package to, then just drive it over the border.

Since it´s not anything illegal it´s not smuggling.

According to this link, ibogaine is not illegal in Norway:

I am paranoid of my brain. It thinks all the time, even when I'm asleep. My thoughts assail me. Murderous lechers they are. Thought is the assassin of thought. Like a man stabbing himself with one hand while the other hand tries to stop the blade. Like an explosion that destroys the detonator. I am paranoid of my brain. It makes me unsettled and ill at ease. Makes me chase my tail, freezes my eyes and shuts me down. Watches me. Eats my head. It destroys me.

I talked with the toll department, and the reason it was stopped is because the sender wrote it is a supplement, and thats illegal to import from outside EU if its not a list. But if I get the state medicine agency to write them a mail that its okey, they let me recive it. Do you think its any chance I can talk them into that? I have the phonenumber to the one I need to talk to, and will call her after her lunchbreak.. I was thinking I can say that my friend wrote its a supplement because he didnt know what to call it, but really its just a botanical sample for my collection, and I am not going to eat it or anything. Or, do you guyes have any good suggestions?????? :-D

Yes, iboga is not illegal, or listed as illegal in Norway, but that doesn't mean it won't be stopped. It is not on the list of approved herbs, so it may be stopped. In your case my guess it will either be destroyed or returned to sender.

Yes they say they will return it to the sender, but if they do I will just make him send it again then! Do they really think they can stop people from doing what they want Rolling eyes

If it is not on the list, you won't get any Norwegian agency to talk the customs into sending it to you. What is the name listed on the shipment? Iboga or something else? Where did you order it from?

I just found out that on the shipment it stands its a bontanical sample of kava kava, but that is not legal in Norway... Its from Canada.. I talked with the agency and I have to send a mail.. What should I say the package really contains? Is it something leagal that iboga shredded rootbark looks similar too??

Couldnt agree more, messed up and ignorant men who write these rasict laws. unfortunately I live in Sweden. Not really intrested in Iboga yet, but I do want the option when I get older. wellwell, nothing to do about it. I am gonna have to become a "criminal" and do it anyway. Imagine if aya and Iboga where legal, and all people knew about it. Would make people way more happy and for once maybe find spiritually in them selfs that they didnt think exist.

The thing that is strange is why would they make it illegal? Did they know that it can help people mentaly and spiritually. Either way they are either ignorant or just dont want people to be happy. I just wanna puke at the system sometimes.

I was going to say your probably in a Catch-22 anyway. If you said it was for "botanical collection" and your not a schooled botanist there IS a reason they dont allow but certain plants in. Think Phalaris..its INVASIVE. All it would take is one idiot to have seeds/spores in a non controlled environment and the damage is done. Like those filthy starlings we have in N America..all because some a-hole decided to let a pair loose from England in celebration of Shakespeare! When something is not native is can go crazy or interact/destroy current ecological surrounding. I would go wiht the Sweden suggestion and let it go.Sad
