Looking for dosage advice for a first-time Aya brew, using pre-powdered MHRB and 10X Syrian Rue powder. I saw in another post a recommendation of 5g MHRB and 4g Rue, but wanted to be sure those amounts still apply for powdered MHRB. Obviously the 10X Rue would have to be reduced to .4g to compensate. Any advice for a rookie on dosage/prep (brewing together/separately, etc.)? Much love and thanks in advance...

Use 3g of the 3x rue. Trust me on this. It isn't an extract, it's just rue that's been deshelled.

With that said, it can be encapsulated and taken orally or a brew can be made by brewing it down a few times with fresh water over the course of at least 6 hours.

The MHRB can be brewed and taken separately the same way except can be done in about 1/3 the time. 3 x 30 minute fresh water boils filtered and reduced down together is sufficient.

3 Rue / 5 MHRB should be a good journey.

Aaah, ok - it said the Rue powder is a 10X extract so 1g=10g of Rue so I really appreciate the advice! And thanks for the advice on boiling them down separately, I've been reading so much that my brain is sitting on the desk next to me. I'm assuming just mix after they have cooled and bottoms up?
