This elf has definatily experiened the psychedelic effects of cannabis. He used to smoke about 2 grams a day for a few years, and had a few times where he got REALLY stoned, with visuals, but quickly built up a tolerance to those effects. While he had a tolerance cannabis was more of a general euphoriant, with some level of introspection. Howver, when he took just 1 week off a few months ago, his cannabis experienced changed. When he smoked again after a week, he more than his usual ammount(with tolerance)..andthe first 10 or so mintutes were just like a normal, euphoric stonning..then the stone took on a completely different nature, he was very shaky, and whenever he closed his eyes there were very colourful, cartoonish visuals of various scenes and patturns that would rival LSD or psilocybin. The explerience felt very stimualing with a huge mindfuck to him, and gave him extreme axiety for an hour or so. He then began smoking only once a day, and just one small bong hit. He finds that if he keeps his usage down to only once a day, and just one hit, he still gets more psychedelic effects thanhe used to, with lots of euphoria and no anxiety. He still does enjoy larger doses to achieve a visionary state here and there, but cant really handle doing anything other than lying in bed or walking in the woods...

These psychedelic effects experienced from cannabis I think do inspire anxiety in many, probabily cus most are so off guard. I once ate a batch of brownies with my roommate and our friend, and he hadntused cannabis in at least a month. within an hour he was freaking out preety badly, hallucinating and having dellusions that he was dying. I called an ambulance to my house for him, and after the paramedics checking him over, they said he was fine, he was just tripping on pot. He was convinced that he was dying, and told us that he was literally seeing god in his visions. He was very serious about this, and forced them to take him to the hospital. They took him, and said that they had seen this many times from cannabis. He ended up being fine a few hours later, but I sincerely believe he was trying to fight a classic, psychedelic death, rebirth experience..

back on the topic of cannabis substitutes... I find that a changa smoke mix(go light on the DMT) with a base blend of crushed chali leaf and either cappi vine shavings or leaf, and other additives like blue lotus, or maybe a bit of kratom(not sure of maoi interactions) can make a relaxng and euphoric substitute for cannabis..jsut remember to go light on the DMT, so you can relax and smoke casually(not one little hit). Not really a trip at all, but can make for a pleasurable hour or so..and does give me a stoning effect of sorts..

I also have found salvia divinorum leaf to be a good substitute for my cannabis use..I can see how this could be a highly personal choice though. However, this can only really work for my cannabis use durring meditation. I practive yoga and meditation, and find that slowly puffing some plain leaf facilitates it better than cannabis. I will also get euphoria that is stronger, and more pleasurable than cannabis, but only if i stay in a relaxed meditation state throughout the salvia afterglow, focused on breathing, otherwise I feel next to nothing after 5 mins.. i know lots of people hate the sage, but I find it an irreplacable tool for meditations..
Long live the unwoke.

The spice synthetic cannabinoids would absolutly not show up in a drug test as THC. The compound they test for is a metabolite of THC and the JWH compounds have no similaur structure.

LSA is a reasonable MJ substitute. When i was a teenager i tried nutmeg once and it got me pretty stoned. It's disgusting though. Maybe if you can find a way of extracting the stuff, it would be a good substitute.
