I take pride in the idea that I can express my opinion on the value of plant allies without breaking the law. I currently smoke blends of lotus, kanna, and sacred tobbacco. I find lotus to be amazing, especially the nelumbo nucifera variety. I would reccomend it to those wishing to try lotus. Other varieties simply do not have the potency most seek. Catnip, I grow some in my yard for the cats every summer.. you should harvest when the buds start the process of flowering for maximum potency.. id never smoke store bought stuff tho.. just fresh. Make sure it dries also. the cats go crazy for it and when I can't smoke mj, catnip is a nice alternative. It has subtle cannabis-like effects..
