Well I am just thinking, would this way perhaps be a better way to go?
Rue crystals + lets say 7 grams of mimosa tea?

But ive been trying to understand how it works,
what is 100 ml of crystals = in gram rue?
is it just drop the rue crystals in a glass of water then drink? or do i need to follow some guide?
then drink the mimosa tea after 25 min

100ml of crystals to grams conversion is sort of an ambiguous question..for one thing you are giving a volume to the crystlas and not a weight..100mg would make more sense..and then there is that fact that alkaloid content of rue can varry...

Say the rue is 4%..then from 5g of rue you are going to have about 200mg of harmine/harmaline.

You can dissolve them in some juice or water..drink that and then drink the mimosa 15-20 minutes later..

Harmala doses can varry..150-200mg I would assume should do it.

haha might not been the perfect question, better one would be what is a correct dosage. Seems very simple and easy got my answers dosage and preparation. Next would be experience, but I would assume there would be next to no diffrence experience wise, or am I wrong? Thanks for reply
