Hey guys, SWIM's planning on taking my second journey with the spice tomorrow. This will be done with the remainder of the same batch as his first journey, and because of this it will only be ~20mg again. He enjoyed his first experience so much and would like to maximise his chance of reaching a similar experience in terms of intensity, if not one better. The problem is that, with this short notice, he does not have adequate time to place an order for any MAOI's. What products could SWIM purchse in, say, a grocery store or the like that would at least supplement his journey somewhat? Thanks in advance for the help!

There are reports about raw Cacao potentiating dmt due to theobromine content. Maybe get make a pudding or just buy a 70% cacao dark chocolate bar to eat before lift off. I think that the theobromine is usually taken with a maoi to be effective though. Also there are reports of St. John's Wort being a maoi inhibitor see: http://www.shroomery.org...wflat.php/Number/1333161 I haven't read about any success using St. John's Wort on this board but apparently it has done the job for shrooms . Grab some passionflora incarnata from your local health store... aka passionflower.
do a 50g reduction tea and that should set your sights upon the prize so to speak

if using passionflower..you should most certainly try combining it with some cacao..or get some hersheys chocolate...eat at least a bar...or get the syrup...i hear that works too...but the theobromine in the chocolate really potentiates..both the maoi ability..and the dmt absorption...its quite amazing really

passionflower and st johnsworth are the safest and most common around-the-house MAOI's. You will need quite large amounts of it though. Definately more then 50 grams. 200 grams of passionflower at least.

Nope, but I doubt the others have evidence for St.John's Wort and Passion Flower... so... I do however know that they are mild MAOIs. Wow, thanks for all the reponses! I'm gonna head out in a minute and pick up a couple bars of the highest % cacao I can find and also check into the price of passionflower and St. John's Wort at the health shop. Wish me luck!

Dark chocolate is ok, but what you need is real Cacao "nibs" or "beans"... They look like large coffee beans, PM me for a vendor of raw, organic Cacao nibs. They make an amazing engerizing snack. I've returned with a bag of goodies: 2 Dark Chocolate bars (86% Cacao) and a 100-count bottle of SJW capsules (300mg Wort with 0.3% Hypericin). My friend and I are each planning to consume a bar, but I'm unsure as to how many capsules we should take apiece. Comments?

SWIM would use 2 cacao beans..which is between 2-3 grams..and say..50mg of THH

If using cocoa, SWIM prefers Hershey's chocolate syrup in one cup of half and half (or milk for an inferior taste without as much calories). Put THREE TABLESPOONS in the half and half and mix it. It tastes like ice cream. Mmmmmm. That contains 105 mg of theobromine. It’s enough to feel it that’s for sure. oh sweet...SWIM was wondering what a normal dose of theobromine was...on the package that the Theobromine came in..they said a good dose was 300mg..so thats how SWIM got that number when doing his experiments earlier

I do however know that they are mild MAOIs. I can't say for St. John's wort or even cacao, but passion flower has definitely been shown (in massive doses 200grams) to be able to activate oral DMT.
