This weekend I plan to make Caapi tea (red vine) using 60 grams and then ingest 70mg DMT in 2 doses of 35 mg each. This will be taken at 20 and 25 minutes after drinking the tea.
I have on hand some 1:1 changa made with.
700 mg Spice
200 mg Haramlas extracted from red vine
200 mg Organic spearmint
200 mg Passion flower
200 mg Jasmine
100 mg Mary Jane
Smoked using a GVG, I'll prepare some pre wieghed doses, ready to just be popped into the bowl.
I'm aiming for a light experience using the changa to increase the experience if I need/want to. I weigh in at 79 kg.
I'll spend all Saturday making the Caapi, giving thanks to the vine and the plants for letting me share their wisdom. I'll clean and prepare myself with a nice relaxing bath before hand. I've been eating light all week. I plan to fast from about midday until the evening.
I may go out for a walk in the woods if the weather isn't too crapy. Clean the apartment, do some work and feel productive for the day. I may go to Yoga if there is a class on.
I have a comfy seat and sofa to hand. Will have blankets, water and buckets etc also close by.
I will meditate before drinking the tea, then continue meditation until taking the DMT (probably in orange juice), repeating my intentions.
I have on hand some Ali Akbar Khan, Shpongle and some classic music that I love, in a play list. I can control the speakers through my iPad which will be close to me.
I don't have a sitter, unfortunatly, although I will have a couple of close freinds on speed dial on the mobile. One who could come round if needed.
