Anyone else find themselves constantly on the Nexus during all their free time on the PC? I know I always have 3 or more tabs open all the time. I'll bring em up to start research and leave them up so I don't forget to follow up. I think I'm gonna start a "notepad" of things I need to research. I dunno how many times I've accidentally closed my browser just to kick myself. Then I gotta go through my history/recent posts to find where I left off. Oh well, I guess some addictions are beneficial!

Also is there a way to check more than the last 10 posts? It would be nice to see a full display of all my posts. Thanks!

Peace & Love my Fellow Terrestrials!
I can think of nothing more important for the survival of our species and those we live with then for us all to have access to the psychedelic experience.

Hey there,

I don't think you can see a full list of posts- It would be interesting, but I kind of like this feature. It privatizes the information a little bit, making it more accessible when needed via google, for example. Have you tried googling your username? Maybe that would provide a list-of-sorts.

And to answer your question, yes, I am a nexus addict. <3

yep me too DMTerrestrial, I constantly find myself on the nexus and I couldn't say why, but hey its better than being addicted to smack. and for finding more than just ten posts just search your name in the search engine and do 50 results per page.

we trust - so we're betrayed

I had no idea this worked- I think because last time I tried this I used my username, which didn't work at all! Laughing Thanks for the heads up.

Here's a hilarious thread, somehow related to this topic:

By the way, to search your posts, go to search function, put your name on "posted by", and leave the rest blank

Be well!

As stated in my Intro Essay... this is the first site I go to when I surf the web. I can't put it as my homepage because other people use this computer ( a few cousins and friends that stop by) but otherwise I would if I could. Smile Love this site... it's been more than helpful and I'm committed to contributing as much firsthand knowledge as possible. Wink
1% of reality is within our plane of existence. What we feel... what we see... what we hear... what we "think" we know... The other 99% percent of reality can only be shown to us through DMT. This 99% lies within the "Realm of the Unknowns". We can only experience FULL reality when we leave this vessel, our bodies. DMT gives us a taste of this full reality... the universal knowledge is given to us by the beings who call "hyperspace" their home. When in hyperspace there is no "self" but instead this self is replaced with pure and raw energy. ENERGY CAN NOT BE DESTROYED, ONLY TRANSFERRED OR TRANSFORMED! So when you have that "ego-death" during a breakthrough trip, don't fret, you are not being destroyed but yet..... YOU ARE BEING TRANSFORMED.

I LOVE YOU, RESPECT YOU AND I THANK YOU... Dimethyltryptamine ... for showing me the 99% of reality that I would never have experienced in everyday life.

I visit every day, first thing I do in the morning is put the kettle on then load up Nexus to see what's new Smile
Bad news is I share my net connection with a neighbor who is in the middle of moving. Within a few days I won't have wi-fi and can't afford my own internet until after xmas... Been saving any important threads to my PC just in case I need to read up on anything. Shame I can't save a complete backup of the Nexus Sad

There are open source programs that allow you to archive a website for offline broswing. I'm unsure if they work with forums but it may be worth a try

I had a similiar program on a different pc that backed up the whole forum, took forever then my pc got a virus and I lost everything, ill try find it don't think it was your link mate.

I think this forum is like a side effect of smoking dmt, I mean who else understands?? I know 3 people in the real world who do but thats it, I couldnt believe it when I found this forum after extracting from bits and pieces around the net and hanging on the aya forums. One big worry I have when I move to a communist country next year is will I be able to get on here?? LOL

Hello everyone. My name is Global, and I'm a Nexus addict. It is perpetually open in a tab in my browser that I'm constantly checking; constantly refreshing until something new pops up that looks interesting. I usually can't go to bed without giving things a check, and god forbid I posted something for which I'm awaiting replies....

Just make sure the root bark (if you have any) is not in the same home as this PC with all the saved files. Authorities are pretty good at confiscating computers of suspects and scanning for questionable material.

Both VPN and TOR are fairly effective against The Great Firewall. We have at least one member connecting from Iran even...

And yes, I am an addict. Very happy

I dread to think how much space i'd need to backup the Nexus lol nice thought though Wink
Just don't like the thought of running into problems and not being able to come on here for help.

I found the Files section here has a load of books that i'm downloading so that should keep me occupied till I get another internet connection sorted Cool

I need to start a rehab program for nexus addicts

they can engage in open discourse with other addicts.. and be slowly acclimated back into society through a grueling process wherein they will cruise government approved sites, watch fox news, eat mcdonalds, create a myspace, and listen to mtv all day long

Hello my name is dreamoar and I am hopelessly and utterly addicted to nexus. It was a slow and insidious process, I just logged on one day to read some extraction teks and I was hooked just like that. Now I need nexus just to function I can't wake up in the moarning without at least a little glance at the new threads, I get severe withdrawals if I step away for moar than a few minutes and find myself stumbling through my life in a daze always whacked out on thoughts about what I'm missing on nexus. I sell body on the street just to pay my wifi bill and I even surf nexus secretly in inappropriate places like church and school.

but I promise I'll quit tomorrow!
