I've learned a lot about myself in mirrors while tripping. Once in the mirror during the most challenging acid experience of my life, back when i was in a big rut, i had a vision of who i would be in one year that really helped me get through things and discover my path

Its also nice smoking some low/medium doses and meditating in front of a mirror..especially before the big whopper. it gets me nice and centered. I've never brokenthrough in front of a mirror though

<Ringworm>hehehe, it's all fun and games till someone loses an "I"

There is some really good info in this thread! It was great reading them all, and thank everybody for sharing.

Here's another thread on facing your reflection if anybody is interested.

Let the Tao flow through you. Be the embodiment of it so throughout, that when passed by on the street they say, "Look! There goes Dao!"

Personally I don't like looking at "myself" when I am not "myself" it just makes me scared and upset. Don't know why, but it's the way it is.

I wanted to start a topic about this myself, since looking at the mirror on low-dose psychedelics is something thats been on my mind for a while. What happens is that on very sub-visual doses of aya-pharma when its not even close to CEV stage(so OEV are out of the question) only visual distortion of myself happen in the mirror.

I think theres a technique to do that in un-altered state of mind which involves staring at some parts of the face while unfocusing your vision for up to a minute, without blinking. In altered state of mind this happens way way fast, like under 10 seconds and distortions seem really pronounced. Basically in the span of few seconds(usually like second 4 to second 8 from t=0 of staring to stare) random artifacts start morphing like horns and random details. In fact it ends up looking very much like Entropymancer's avatar on this forum with different color Shocked this is interesting to me cause the doses of dmt in my pharma were really tiny(no visuals of any kind).

Yes those tribal patterns appear all over my body including my face, If you look into your pupils, i mean deep into them, you should be able to see inside your head as if your eyes are closed, its amazing.

Those tribal patterns appear on my hands but in huge flames bursting out my hands, it is ionic energy and its real.
