Just wanted to see who has cried while taking journeys in hyperspace. This has nothing to do with being a macho superman or anything like that so don't be afraid to express yourself. SWIM's not Very happy SWIM has had around 60 or so trips and outta those SWIM has cried maybe 7-8 times. It was not anything negative it was just the enormity of the situation... the pure bliss... the feel of DMT... the cradling.... SWIM says some trips would be similar to an experience like a very religious person having a heart to heart with their God. Imagine something as profound as that.... can leave one breathless Shocked

Serious answers appreciated. Smile
1% of reality is within our plane of existence. What we feel... what we see... what we hear... what we "think" we know... The other 99% percent of reality can only be shown to us through DMT. This 99% lies within the "Realm of the Unknowns". We can only experience FULL reality when we leave this vessel, our bodies. DMT gives us a taste of this full reality... the universal knowledge is given to us by the beings who call "hyperspace" their home. When in hyperspace there is no "self" but instead this self is replaced with pure and raw energy. ENERGY CAN NOT BE DESTROYED, ONLY TRANSFERRED OR TRANSFORMED! So when you have that "ego-death" during a breakthrough trip, don't fret, you are not being destroyed but yet..... YOU ARE BEING TRANSFORMED.

I LOVE YOU, RESPECT YOU AND I THANK YOU... Dimethyltryptamine ... for showing me the 99% of reality that I would never have experienced in everyday life.

I've cried tons of times, and I would be surprised if Nexians would have the "macho" type attitude and not admit it, I think people here are not like this Smile

Also often its a mixture of laughing and crying, out of the absurdity and beauty of this existentially-challenging experience. The DMT experience is so profound, it touches us in the bottom of our beings, I think it's only natural that we would cry and laugh Smile

I dont know if you also experienced this, but there are two kinds of crying, that somehow mix at times. One is like an emotional liberation, that happens (for me) specially when the trip has been very intense.

But there is another kind of crying, which seems more like a biological response. I often get teary eyed with DMT, at times it comes accompanied with a "tired" feeling in the eyes, as if I had seen a lot, or like looking at a tv/computer screen for many hours (though much more healthy feeling). Its funny, that we see with the 'mind's eyes' but the real eyes get tired Very happy Do you also get this? Sometimes I do get this 'biological' teary with shrooms too.

Yes SWIM gets the biological responses also along w/ the liberation. It's like first waking up or pulling an all nighter... eyes watering like the niagra but SWIM has also gotten the emotional liberation on his very first trip and NEVER looked back. Very happy That liberation is like finally seeing the meaning of everything... profound... then it's like "What can SWIM do with this info?"... confusion, bliss, anxiety, the inner reflection, etc.... all at once. It's enough to overwhelm you.

The trip is like this.... Confused Smile Very happy Laughing Shocked Surprised Shocked Wut? Stop Wut? Stop Surprised  SWIM is back.... tear ducts overflowing

LOL... there has actually been times where SWIM has been in the middle of laughing during a trip only to be ubersmacked w/ some nonsensical beauty. The DMT then makes SWIM bow in silence and awe... inducing this state of emotional liberation and ultimate respect Smile

DMT has a knack of reducing me to tears - for example... and this quote here from your OP sums it up beautifully IMO:

I laughter cried (you laugh so much tears come out) on shrooms. I cried out of sheer terror on DMT. I also had the feeling of meeting god, or more like love personified, and all I could say was WOWx1000 when I came back.

I cry on about 90% of my journeys. Half the time I don't even realize it is happening. Just the immense beauty of it all opens me up and it flows. Other times, when I've been holding onto my feelings and don't seem to realize it, the tears come from the emotional liberation and the reminder of the all encompassing love that is there, perhpas within.

I absolutely agree with what you say here endlessness. I totally understand where you coming from with the two types of crying.

I cry just about every time I trip, no being macho about it as far as I'm concerned. Like endless says, the emotional liberation is something that is so freeing that it brings me to tears every time. In fact, I've been chastised (probably not the best word) for getting so emotional so often. When I start to blubber up and peak, I get the distinct communication in my mind that's like 'it's ok, it's ok, we know, we know... now get a grip and compose yourself! we have things to do, places to see and no time for this!'

Just a side note - I think if you go into the experience trying to be macho, you will soon be cut back down to size. Being macho is a construct of the ego, no? And we all know what the molecule thinks of that pesky little blighter! If there's one thing DMT is extremely good at it is humbling the user. (pretty much every time in my case)...

The only time I cried was after my full-blown white light encounter with God on ayahuasca and vaped DMT. When things finally started to slow down and I opened my eyes the whole room erupted with energy and I just sat on the couch, rocking back and forth, laughing, screaming, crying. I couldn't believe what had actually just taken place and I couldn't get the bliss out fast enough. It was a merciless stream of pure unmitigated incessant joy. I was yelling so loud I thought someone was gonna call the cops even though it was in the middle of the day.

There´s also this feeling as if you experience all these things for the first time. It´s like a fresh new look at yourself and the world around you, life itself, people you love, etc. And it´s always as overwhelming as when the first time you felt it.

I've cried many times during trips. Mostly with DMT. Come out of hyperspace and cry, laugh and yawn. I don't think there's anything wrong with it. It's part of "going with the flow."

Ha great topic. I have cried a handful of times, but when I get to that point its because I am having a truly amazing trip. I have never cried over something negative, however, I have experienced crying when I realized just how much I have neglected my body and my spirit my whole life. And, even that wasn't negative, it was like an overwhelming feeling of lost love. In fact, I was at a gathering the other day where we had this same conversation, where a friend said that it brings him to tears whenever he thinks about that, and we started to talk about it and we both got tears in our eyes. I have never even so much as shed a tear around another person, but in that moment we both connected to the same feeling and was able to reach that emotional state purely sober by just discussion alone.

Tears also come out when the entities are working on me. But, it's not just tears, its snot and mucus and really it feels like my body is just flushing out all of it's stuff. There are also times when I come to tears from laughing so hard. Or, an over stimulation of joy. I had an entity cradle my spirit like a mother cradles her baby, and the emotional shockwave of love vibrated through me so hard that my positive emotions were climaxing at full throttle and yea, that brought out a couple tears.
