I'm one foot in, one foot out so far.
I was pretty gutted for missing 2010, but it's hard to say for sure right now.

And yeah it lasts for a whole week Some videos from the last two: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_eakEGzT0oAhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QvL9CSoa0_4

I am definitely going and so are a few of my friends. When i went to the Android Jones demo last night he was showing us how he did the installations for Boom last year and designed one of the arena's for his live piece. It blew my mind! The tetrahedron thing they created for it was incredible. As he started talking about it the organisers of Boom festival walked in... so synchronistic! I'm attaching a pic of the piece he made, which was inspired by one of the girl's who was DJing during his art performance. She was also at the demo last night. Meeting and talking with Android Jones was the first time i've ever felt star struck. Such a sound guy. He's doing another one on the first of December in London. I'm going to go to it again for sure, as it's only a half hour bus ride from me

That would be cool!...The QR codes at the bottom of the poster take you to the festi page and also the female DJ who appears to be a hottie Aetherbound In all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order..Jung All above writing with the exception of Dr. Jung's quote is pure mushroom encrusted cowpie!

Would someone please explain what other activities Boom has besides music and what it feels like actually being there? I'm very curious since I've read about it before and it sounded really interesting. It'd be cool to hear from people who've been to it. Life is art.

Quote:So far the lineup is really good for boom but i never wen´t for the music anyway i totally go for the music, and dancing with beautiful people and the magical experience and alternate reality we all create. I had to choose between boom and ozora in 2010, and Ozora couldn't have been more amazing. I have been thinking 2012 would be the year for Boom! That makes more sense now. I've only seen videos of them during the day so I jumped to conclusions, my mistake.

I wish I could do Boom... I live in a different hemisphere of the planet though and am not a man of means. Luckily I live in one of the global psytrance hotspots with a festival almost every weekend from September to April...

I think if I attended I would up the average age by a bit. Is there not a Boom for middle aged travellers? Probably named Collapse... I like to make things up, everything above is made up and not real, it is a story for my own amusement. Sorry if you felt mislead.
I normally have to edit my posts within a couple of minutes for prose, spelling and grammar. Just to let you know.
