Hi guys and gals,

Joined your lovely forum a week or so ago but held off from posting a hello; I've been devouring information!

My starting point has been the Welcome message in my Inbox, so I've been reading the FAQ, the Health & Safety page (some near-misses there!) and the Wiki, including a few Teks. I must say, I am astounded at the wealth of fluff-free information y'all have compiled here! I'm so glad I finally stumbled across this site!

Well, a bit about me. I work in the medical industry in Queensland, Australia and enjoy a good home life. I was very fortunate to meet a fellow who I believe floats around this forum and mycotopia (don't know his alias) and has been instrumental in getting me started on this journey. He gifted me with the blessing of spice and although I have a fairly broad experience with psychedelics, what my wife and I experienced that fateful night over a year ago blew us away.. and I've been intrigued since. I don't want to go into it too much just now, I'm sure that will all come out in time Pleased

Needless to say, I am quite keen to try out Lextek as it seems geared towards an Australian audience; acacia's are everywhere! I'm also acquiring some phalaris spp. Amazing to think that this lovely little alkaloid is naturally occurring everywhere entheogenically! We surely are blessed..

Anyways, y'all seem like a nice bunch of fellow travellers and I look forward to discussing, learning and posing questions and perhaps eventually answering a few myself Very happy

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Welcome to the Nexus Friar!

I understand that harmalas are fairly strictly controlled down there, but that Syrian Rue is pretty available. Have you considered oral DMT at all?

Be well.

You mean.. you see them too?! Shocked
Heheh

Thanks for your kind words guys, appreciate it.

Been trawling, reading; when I get the time. Wrote up a reply to another thread the other day from my phone which didn't post it properly, it was lost.. so I gave up on that one. Damn dodgy phone browsers. Ho hum.

Ordered some Mimosa seeds from an aussie site (not sure if I should mention the name, according to the rules), apparently they're genuine. Been reading up on Acacia maidenii and A. obtusifolia as potential sources as there may very well be some nearby or within an hours drive. Funny how I've started looking at every tree/shrub I drive past during my daily commute, trying to identify a known species! Ordered some Phalaris aquatica (same supplier) as well, looks promising for alkaloid content.. easy to grow etc.

Very tempted to get me a glass vaporgenie too, not too keen on the idea of using a water pipe (bong).. once I successfully extract of course!

Are A/B extractions much harder than a STB, for a beginner?

And yes ragabr, oral DMT sounds very tempting. Changa, is it? Sounds very interesting indeed Pleased

Sounds like you've got a lot of projects planned!

A/B extractions are extremely easy, adding just a single step to the entire process. SWIM finds that they actually go faster than STB to get all the spice out. An STB will take weeks for all of the spice to make it's way of out of the bark, while the acid boils can do it in a few hours.
