This was the 1st time I made some rue tea. I used 4 grams of crushed rue seeds, steeped in hot water for 15 minutes. I strained the grounds out and then slowly boiled the tea with an egg white for 10 minutes. The egg white looked like egg yolk after the boil. I cut it open and could see a layer of yellow around a white center. Much like a smoke ring on BBQ. Then I started slowly smoking some changa.

Fast forward to the part that matters... I was enjoying a large area, more like a large auditorium, made of Mayan like patterns. All of a sudden I felt like I was getting physically pushed out of mind. I really felt like some thing had it's fingers in my head. After the initial shock, like a few milliseconds, the fingers felt like they were interfacing with my mind, trying to figure me out. Right after that feeling, I mentally spun around to look at what was doing this. That is the 1st time I felt like I controlled any thing in hyperspace.(which was awesome) As I spun I was thinking "Well lets have a look at you!" I meant to stick my fingers in it's head, to do to it as it was doing to me. It felt like the natural thing to do.

After the complete mental rotation, I noted the feeling of being pushed out of my mind was gone. The Entity was now partly behind a fold in the pattern, sticking it's head out and holding on the to corner of the fold, like it was peering around the corner at incoming danger. It was ugly and had a big round head with long slender fingers that came to dull point. He was made out of a different pattern than the rest of the area and much darker. He slipped back into the fold or around the corner if you will. I chased him. I couldn't find the fold of the pattern that he ran into.

He didn't scare me, but I can't help but feel like I scared him. He didn't make it known to me that he was there or what his intentions were before he stuck his fingers in my head. Which makes me feel that my intentions to interface with him wasn't wrong.

What does the Nexus have to say about that? I'm very eager to know!

Wow.

Your report gives me chills.

I have no idea what to make of any of this stuff.

Hi reosed,

What a fascinating experience. I'm really seeing trips these days as reflection and journies into symbolic and synaesthetically illustrated parts of my mind. If there's anything to this maybe that entity just sybolized a curious yet fearful part of yourself. Hilarious that you were able to chase it. I find it difficult to "move" in hyperspace.

Thanks for sharing.

I'm not sure at all. It was just a suggestion that came to me right as of reading the report. reosed may do what s/he wants with it.

House and Pandora,

I've read lots of posts you both have made and I'd like to let you both know, I respect your presence here on the Nexus.

House,
I'm happy in an odd way that I gave you chills.

Pandora,
Sadly I feel it was more instinct that allowed me to chase after him. I'm still getting my feet wet and that is the reason I feel I didn't catch him. I really feel like I didn't go around the same corner or fold that he did. I'm still trying to make up my mind about hyperspace. Meaning if it's all in my head or if it's really out there. I think I'm close to deciding that I don't know and have no way of knowing, so I'll just enjoy it. Although it does feel quite loving and healing, most of the time...

There are some things you can know about hyperspace. Like this. This is a tangible effect that can be articulated, observed, and shared.

Other things, like what it even is in the first place, can't exactly even be realized at this time.

When you get instances like this that you are reporting, it points to so many abstract possibilities. They make sense when you think about them. I've been through many of them in my head many times myself. With all the phenomenal experiences and ponderings and possibilities at the end of the day all we have are these experiences, memories, and no real way of defining any of it yet. In a way you could look at this as an engine driving consciousness deeper into it's own evolution like a root-growth solution applied to a plant.

I still don't know what to believe. It's as if I believe in some things as much as I don't or seem to not be able to. This keeps the channels open. This is the paradox. We are bridging a new spectrum. We have discovered the scientific method to an encrypted octave of information.

I am curious to hear more about your explorations, reosed. You see how these things effect us all differently, as if we're all in possession of one hyperdimensional piece to the puzzle that makes up the whole.

That second to last paragraph that House wrote is poetry to me. For the last 11 years I've wanted to learn how to express what hyperspace was, even though I just got to hyperspace for the first time this year. My expectation were blown away!

I'd like to meet this entity again. Only this time I hope I can get the drop on him. I really hope this doesn't come off disrespectful. After all he did get the drop on me. After the encounter I blasted off again and tried to look for him. I didn't even get back too where I was though.

Did I scare an entity?Very happy
Nice title for a thread, made me smile thinking that usually psychonauts got scared by their visions in dmt space, not other way around.Very happy Hopefully you didn't scare the fella too much and he(it) will come back next time.

If you wish to meet your 'entity' again it's possible imo. There is some extend of control one have over experiences. There was a thread already here on Nexus about it... by repeating same dmt ritual (mostly mind set, room setting...) it is probable to enter similar dmt space, even encounter same 'entity'.

That what is so great about this molecule imo. It is so powerful and yet short lasting so one doesn't need to worry too much, it's all done in 5 or so minutes. So one can attempt any crazy ritual.

I mean every time a psychonaut would blast changa at midnight in empty house in dark, with some evil/witch craft ritual ambient coming out speakers and pentagram flashing at him from computer screen it's very probable he will attend staring/no blinking eyes hyperspace competition with girl from 'The Ring' movie or similar.
(It's not like I do this ritual, but I visited same dmt dimension repeatedly)

Anyway,
I wish you luck in your explorations.

Whoa, ugly creature fingering your mind sounds creepy indeed! Would be awesome if there was some kind of "hyperspace shield" against this kind of stuffLaughing Or maybe it's just me who doesn't want this kind of experiencesWink

I scared the living bejesus out of tiny elf critter once. I was right at the threshold to breaking through, and it was difficult to do so on this particular run. I could feel something right behind my eyes and when I finally let go and released myself I sort of spun around on my eyelids and on the backside of my eyes (where there should be fleshy organs if my biology classes were correct) there was, surprisingly enough, a very cartoon looking cavern. Pressed up against this cavern wall was the CUTEST, most adorable little santa claus style elf I've ever seen. No drawing could have captured this little guy's features he was absolutely fantastic to look at. He apparently had not been prepared for me to pop out of myself like that and as I went by him he had a look of absolute horror on his face! It definately reminded me of a little kid who got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. It was an innocent type of guilt written all over his face, like he knew he shouldn't have been doing what he was doing and it was like he was waiting for me to scold him. I didn't stay with the scene for long though and ended up drifting off someplace else before I could try to chat with it Smile

I've also struck up a mental conversation with hyperspace passerbys before and they were quite stunned that I could communicate with them. The more chatty one of the two I encountered told me, and I quote, "You surprised us! It's rare for your kind to be able to communicate like this!". I also asked this entity a variety of questions and it didn't seem to understand a lot of what I was trying to talk about. It seems that the entities have certain levels; some seem to be vastly beyond human comprehension, then others seem to look at humanity with a certain amount of fascination and wonder.

I'll have to try and get back to the same place with the ritual. Using the same ritual does sound like it would have a good chance of sending me back there.

I'm happy I didn't have a hyperspace sheild to protect me against this encounter! I've read so many reports about people getting tortured by entities. I don't want that type of trip. This encounter has made me feel much more comfortable about breakthroughs. I don't feel like I could man handle any entities that come my way, nor do i want to. I just don't want them to pick on me or mind rape me again. Don't get me wrong I would have let him do what he wanted, if he came to me calmly and it was consensual.

Nice report. That Mr fingers dude was a creep. I wouldn't go seeking him out again though, unless I was looking for a fight. The guy seems like a petty weasel, a trifling bother, not worth the time perhaps. If some old perv grabbed my ass a club, I doubt I'd seek him out again. Unless I wanted to clobber him in order that I might thereby preserve the dignity of those who are not as able to defend themselves, as you clearly seem to be.

But don't let me dictate your hyperspacial actions, I'm a fool baby, a fool.

I'm not looking for a fight. I just want to learn. If I'm right about his ability to interface with us or others in this manner, then that seems like it would be a nice trick to try with other enities. Consensually of course!

If it would be easy to find the same being in the vastness of hyperspace, I would be going after many beings... However as every journey on dmt varies ALOT, I don't even think about meeting the same beings as I know it's very difficult. But why not try..

Needle in a haystack times quite a few, i'd imagine.

Maybe if i can't find him, I can find another like him. It's gonna be hard but I've got alot of time. Plus who knows what I will see and learn along the way.

I will post back here if I ever see him, or one like him, again. This is going to fun!
