Over the past 2 days I did my first San Pedro extraction using Phlux's method. I then decanted it over night and only pulled off the tea layer, I left the sediment behind. I filled up one of those little aluminum water bottles with it, I'm guessing I've got like 2 cups of tea. I put that in the freezer for now because I can't do it until next weekend.

I know I can just drink it, but are there any other little tricks like Jello or something that allow you to consume it without having to deal with the taste of it?

Thanks.

Can I just put it on a plate or in a bowl or something and put in my dehydrator to speed up dehydration?

Cool, I figured, but I just wanted to make sure I didn't mess it up.

Thanks.

Drink it! Tastes like collards!

Dry it, cut a bananna in half, and put your resin/powder spread out in between the pieces, a gag free solution of done correctly.

In a society in which nearly everybody is dominated by somebody else's mind or by a disembodied mind, it becomes increasingly difficult to learn the truth about the activities of governments and corporations, about the quality or value of products, or about the health of one's own place and economy.
In such a society, also, our private economies will depend less upon the private ownership of real, usable property, and more upon property that is institutional and abstract, beyond individual control, such as money, insurance policies, certificates of deposit, stocks, etc. And as our private economies become more abstract, the mutual, free helps and pleasures of family and community life will be supplanted by a kind of displaced citizenship and by commerce with impersonal and self-interested suppliers...
The great enemy of freedom is the alignment of political power with wealth. This alignment destroys the commonwealth - that is, the natural wealth of localities and the local economies of household, neighborhood, and community - and so destroys democracy, of which the commonwealth is the foundation and practical means.” - Wendell Berry

Roll the resin into balls and put on each spoonful of yoghurt and you won't taste it. Don't put the resin balls into your yoghurt as it'll start to dissolve into the yoghurt and taste bitter.

Pinch your nose and gulp it down like a man, you won't be sick, and it's easier than you think.

before I started drying it, I actually tried a little bit of it and it was brutal....wow...didn't expect it to be that bad. I had like 3 cups of it left, not sure I could put that much down. If you get the same effect from it being dried vs it being in tea form, why not just dry it?

I would rather evap it down to a small amount and take it in a few gulps rather than swallowing a bunch of resin.
The resin makes me feel like I'm going to be all gummed up on the inside lol.

Not too bad tasting, reminds me of really bitter bell peppers.
Good luck and have fun!

Try drinking the liquid from a great height as if it was a bar drinking game, then chase it with a decent Tequila, and say " holE!" Very happy

Well this is my first time doing it, so all of this input is good.

Hopefully I can try a few different ways over time.

absorption will be faster if you drink a concentrated tea than if yea eat resin.

If your religion, faith, devotion, or self proclaimed spirituality is not directly leading to an increase in kindness, empathy, compassion and tolerance for others then you have been misled.

Technically yes. Sometimes I don't feel a brew for 3 hours, though.

If you already know its gonna taste nasty then it shouldn't be such a shock when it hits your taste buds.

Just chug it down and chase it with a glass of water. Try and hold your breath as your swallowing and you should be good to go.

It is pretty nasty but I was able to drink it straight up last time I did it. I guess everyone is different though.

It really doesn't matter how you do it as long as you do! Smile

Yeah, I definitely didn't reduce it enough this time. I had like 3 cups of tea.....that is way to much to drink.
