I just received 3 cuttings in the mail, they were sold to me as San Pedro (Pachanoi), but what threw me off is the monsterous spines on these guys. Maybe they are Pedro only I have never seen a San Pedro with such giant pricklys. Yea, I for some reason have had awful luck in the past with finding a Peruvian that had enough alkaloids. Maybe these will be different. Could they perhaps be a hybrid? Toadfreak!

Hmm, none the less they are very beautiful. I E-mailed the vendor with photos inquiring about it, so I will see what he can say for them. He may exchange them, but now I'm just so curious about them. I haven't seen even Peruvian Torch with spines that long. Toadfreak!

Ok cool, so they are torches. He just called and apologized and told me he is mailing the Pedros to me and an extra label to mail these back, he even said I can keep one for the trouble. How awesome is that? I'm sold on this vendor, I am pleased. Toadfreak!

It is quite beautiful, I have heard bad things about the potency of Macros though, who knows for sure regardless it will be nice to have, and also I suppose it could be quite potent I shouldn't knock it. Toadfreak!
