Got some bark and leaf and was wondering if anyone had tried it, how it was, what dosage you would recommend and if it can be combined with syrian rueConfused

I haven't tried it, but check out this thread on a different forum and let us know how it goes.

Seems like a good dose would be between 3 and 4 grams.

From what I skimmed, I definitely would recommend against using it with Rue until further evidence is shown.

wow that "it could well be likened to a plague visiting humanity" statement is a little disconcerting, but will be trying it on the weekend(without rue)....should definitely be interesting

no mate, didnt end up trying it yet. Introduced my brother to HBWR instead on the weekend and had fairly large doses so been a little worn out this week..This weekend may just be about chilling out. I will definitely keep you posted though about the Gb bark .
