Everytime i meditate, i lay down on my bed and control my breathing with a clear mind. Then i eventually fall asleep. I have never made it even semi close to projecting. Is there any pointers you guys can give me?

Wake up ~6 hours after sleeping, lay back down, relax, close your eyes, and look up. Let go and wait for the Boom.
