When SWIM uses Peganum harmala, he just puts 3 grams of crushed seeds in a cup of hot water for about 1 minute, strains, and drinks down. It works fine. Thereβs no need to boil it or add acid. Itβs probably a little wasteful, but those seeds are so damn cheap, who cares!
