Ive eaten liberty caps with rue two times this year now, and ive noticed they are extremly diuretic for me.

At first i had to pee like once every 40minutes and it just flooded out

But as the clock became later and later the intervalls just kept increasing, in the end when i was going to bed i was basicly going every 10-15minutes for a while, my girlfriend had something similar going on but not as serious.



ive done liberty caps before but never had anything like yesterday, is this normal or should i be worried i might have something weird going on?

I also find mushrooms to diuretic, but not to the same extent that you apparently do!

yea i have similar experiences too, partially because i tend to hydrate myself more when i am on cubies, but even still it has a very noticeable diuretic effect for me too.
