i originally had two different but related plants that i obtained as RS0001, i was told that the name was given to seedlings of the same lot and was not a clone name...? i am unsure, Trout only illustrates a single clone in his San Pedro book TN3B, it mentions there that is is reliable and slimey... it also says a section 8 inches long by 4 inches wide was clearly over 500mg mescaline in terms of equivalent activity, but given the size of that... that seems a little on the weak side when you compare that to potent clones of bridgesii or pachanoi.
the RS0001 were both fat blue forms, typical of the active matucana, akin to the los genteles and the icarosDNA material
the cat who was the source for these, and i don't know where he got them, (maybe Sticky Business?) advertised in the Entheogen Review, he used a pseudonym of Kakster... I think? I think he named them, and the other RS plants, I had RS0004, RS0005, RS0001 but not the RS0002 or RS0003
I have a few hundred seedlings of a Juuls/Peruv X RS0004 growing right now... RS0004 grows very fast and is quite active, but does not have the best recovery in terms of extraction and i heard that an isoquinoline like norweberine was found in it
You won't find RS0001 seed... but you could find a couple of cuttings of it here and there, if i am not mistaken, and i might be.
I was going to mention, in his San Pedro book Trout mentions a pachanoid type plant grown for sacramental purposes on some Hawaiian island that he does not mention. it is said to grow 6-8 inches wide... anyway it says (page 19) that the person who reported this said that they attended a ritualized use of the plant where 'several dozen' people (i assume this means over 30) had strong effects from a total of 18 inches of the cactus made into a tea...
now imagine that you have a section 8 inches wide and 18 inches tall... if it was potent then a single inch of a section 8 inches wide should weigh over 1000 grams...
so i would expect that to be a dose for four people at 250 grams each, so 18 inches would equate to enough for 72 people... certainly enough for 'several dozen' people!
This clone was said to be a pachanoid clone but have stronger and somewhat longer spines than is typical for pachanoi.
so... if you happen across a long spine pachanoi growing 6-8 inches wide... keep it...

I respect that, but one could always trade on exoticearthexchange following a discussion here. Keep the cacti alive and flowing through the communities that love and respect her. Let us declare nature to be legitimate. All plants should be declared legal, and all animals for that matter. The notion of illegal plants and animals is obnoxious and ridiculous. — Terence McKenna
All my posts are hypothetical and for educational/entertainment purposes, and are not an endorsement of said activities. SWIM (a fictional character based on other people) either obtained a license for said activity, did said activity where it is legal to do so, or as in most cases the activity is completely fictional.
