Is it possible to gently heat a naptha extraction using some kind of distillation setup to recover the naptha? Then maybe just let the last bit evaporate away to reveal the crystals.

If this is ok to do, what about naptha recovery after freeze precipitation? Would reducing/recovering the naptha make it easier for freeze precipitating any remaining alkaloids?

Reason im asking is naptha is expensive where i live and some form of recovery would drastically reduce costs.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Just do a freeze precipitation and pour off the naphtha from the crystals, and reuse. I find there's no need to evaporate the naphtha to reveal the last bit of DMT, at least with q21's tek.

Agreed. Anything you don't precipitate in the first pass, you can always pick up a second, third or fourth time around.

Thank you. For some reason I was under the impression that the naphtha contained contaminants after freeze precipitation.

Would the naphtha be clean (except for traces of dmt) when using STB?

For purely academic reasons I just noticed that DMT melts at 44-68°C, and some components of naphtha have a higher boiling point than this. Would I be right in deducing the dmt would get destroyed if i even tried to distill the naphtha?
