I'm watching "Real social dynamics - The blueprint decoded" at the moment.
The program is basically a crashcourse in getting a healthy mindset on being an independant man and getting to know women.

"Tyler Durden" is teaching indivduality and dissect a lot of societies beliefs which are many people adapt to without even knowing.

I'd love to discuss a little on this conflict of "improving" VS "just accept and be who you are". Maybe some (hopefully reflected) impressions on this type of programs?

Be wary of alpha males, chodes and the seduction community.

It is good to know how social dynamics work in our culture, if you want to play the seduction game OR understand the behaviour of other people. Therefore, it makes sense to watch these kind of videos. I would not forget though, that the most powerful thing is radiance, inner beauty radiating outside. I value real and deep connections more than superficial ones. It is very easy to get caught up in the whole Seduction Community stuff. It's very very important to reflect upon the material provided.

I'm certain this will resonate with many.

I got pretty into this stuff at one point and agree that it can transform one for the worst. I began to think that I had to act like an alpha male and be arrogant to get women, the worst thing is that some women are attracted to this. That being said I haven't checked out the ones mentioned here. I agree with the principle though and it is a tremendous tool of self growth if used correctly and you don't let it change who you are. After a lot of entheogenic experiences since I've got a lot more in touch with who I truly am and agree this is always the best approach if you want to achieve things in life.

This stuff seems really good. Not like many of the others I've read and one (I don't even remember the name of, there was a whole show about it. It brought the concept of NEGs up) I really went into very thoroughly with almost no success.

This one takes a separate path from "Pickup tactics" to using who you actually are and works to show you THAT is enough for you to be successful with women. (At least the Blueprint does)

I watched the first part of "transformations" and it was interesting to pick out the techniques he is advising and exact copies (though clearly personally discovered by their group) of the descriptions of anxiety tendancies and the exposure and cognitive-behavioral therapy used to get over them.

Despite that these guys (especially on the newer "Blueprint" ) are taking a very deep look into the issues specific to meeting and picking up girls which one would have to piece together for themselves despite knowing the scientific concepts to apply them to that setting.

I'm definitely going to learn a lot and pick up some very complimentary tactics to my fight against my social anxiety disorder.

This is a great program. It helped me immensely during a rough time in my life. He uses a lot of notions that Anthony robins uses (ie. frame control etc.) but nonetheless is a wonderful program. Id highly recommend it to anyone who has trouble with girls or any kind of social anxiety but remember not to get sucked into this community! There is a dark side to this whole thing

At this point I have no problem with females and have no insecurity about losing my current GF. If we were to break up today I could simply go out and get a new girl tonight.

There is a very real superficial aspect to this but once you get good it does become naturally ingrained within oneself.

Perhaps the best thing I could say would be that Purple_Dye just gave some good advice.

Interesting to see this come up here. Real Social Dynamics is an evolution of the Mystery Method (which is probably what q21 was thinking of). In any case, like most things in life it's all in to what ends you use it. The "dark side" of the community are those obsessed with using the technique to sleep with as many women as they can without any regard for them as people. For many, however, it's a means to becoming more comfortable talking with woman which is helpful for the introverted type like myself.

As with all knowledge it's in how you use it. Don't lose sight of your goal. Stay true to your character. Always remember you're dealing with real humans.

I believe karma gets anyone who uses people to aquire something which he or she believes in to make him/her happy.
Actually any unnatural goal won't satisfy longterm.
And from a "law of attraction" perspective you only connect to people on the same layer of reality!

There is nothing to gain but awareness!

Love and being in the moment is life! Anything else is postponing your life!
