Uncle has discovered an economical and easy way to dose a dry substance... beats facing the horrible bitter taste and associated gag reflex with it disolved in a drink!
Rice paper (bought cheaply from asian supermarkets or in the asian section of a supermarket usually in packs of 20 and are about 20cm in diameter for a few bucks)
Just break about a 5cm x 5cm piece and run it briefly under warm water. Place on a plate and after a minute or two it will be very soft and pliable.
Place your pre-measured substance in the middle and roll it up fairly tightly. It is self adhesive so no worries about it falling apart.
Slips down very easily with a mouthful of water like a gel capsule. So much better than taking it disolved in a drink!
This has been tested with dry Rue Harmala extract and works a treat.
