So this is and may be random, but it is something i would like to get others opinions on. So ive got this friend who is 21 and the women he has been dating is 45. Do you think this is a large age gap, or do you think is perfectly ok? I've been involved with women about a decade older than me. Often I find that they are more mature compassionate and loving people as thhey have had more time to grow. blooooooOOOOOooP fzzzzzzhm KAPOW!

My best friend is 41, she's been dating a guy in his late 20's for several years. They seem to have everything in common, and no age gap whatsoever. When I was 27, I dated a guy who was 17. He and his friends regarded Depeche Mode with the same reverence that I had for, like, the Ramones or the Clash. That was weird. Now I'm 48, and it seems like the men my own age have mostly given up and gone straight... cut their hair/ don't dress cool/ don't go out/ don't think radically or freely. I'd love to find a companion my own age, but not if it winds up feeling like dating my dad! You know, I don't care if a man has a freakin car, or can buy me stuff, or about any of his material circumstances. Hell, I'm poor too. I just want somebody three-dimensional who has not abandoned his passion in the face of the ratrace and the human condition. Hmmmm, probably TMI there, my apologies. ---and that's my answer!
