Alright, so my second go with the spice was awkward i guess.. I was with my brother in my backyard (i was introducing him for the first time) and it was dark and kind of cold. I'm pretty positive the coldness made thing 10x more difficult because my lighter started freaking out..

and before anyone says anything, i paid $45 for this piece of crap lighter that was suppose to be my cornerstone smoking tool.. its mostly broken now. just for reference it was a Visol torch flame dual lighter.. so it had a torch function and a flame funtion.

anyway, i recently did my first extraction of spice from 50g of rootbark and ended up with a nice return.. i loaded up 15mg of the whitest stuff i had for my brother.. im pretty sure the cold from that night made it a lot harder to get the right vape temp in the pipe.. he got a mild hit and experienced some body load and light visuals..

i forget exactly who did what but we probably loaded the pipe 2 more times (no scale, just dumped a couple chunks in there) and each tried again with the same result.. i even heated up the pipe preceeding to his second try. So i loaded it yet again one last time.

this time i heated up the pipe with the lighter very, very thoroughly buy touching the flame to the areas around the bowl on the outside..

then i started to vape and pulled harder and hotter to try and make up for the cold and the last 2 failed attempts. well this time the gvg was THICK with vapor and i inhaled as much as i could. it hurt my throat a tad because of the heat so i knew to pull off. the pipe still looked full of vapor even after i had hit it..

so i held it in, then i got the quick body feeling followed by a change in my plane of hearing. like a high pitch but faint squeel. i had the "oh shit, youre gonna get it now" feeling. so it was then i started to exhale, when everything around me started to dissolve into blue/black. i exhaled and said "see ya" to my brother..

after that i blacked out.. i was in a sitting up position on the ground. once i started becoming aware of my body again it was really strange, very panicky almost. i started breathing very heavily and rapidly and was very confused. i looked over at my house in the distance and it looked very distorted for a while.. everything was black and i could only see some weird orange light that was coming from the lights in the kitchen.. kind of like how the light comes from the open door floating in space in the twilight zone..

anyway.. this was very strange for me.. just here one minute, gone the next, and when im back i dont know what the hell is going on and there is nothing in between..

i know there is no way i can know the dose, or how much remaining spice is in the gvg.. next time ill probably give it a go w/out adding more to see if there is any left.

has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, this has happened to me on occasion.

I would think that maybe you just took too much in too quick.

There have been times though where I did measure the dose and still blacked out.

Measuring the dose is important and should help in the future. Sometimes you can just be denied access to hyperspace.

I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it happens every time.

Don't be discouraged and give it another shot.

Maybe in a better setting next time.

Yeah, having taken too much is what makes the most sense at this point.. I've read about others being "blocked" from hyperspace also

i've measured the dose almost every time.. I just wasnt going to try and fiddle with a scale in a small field lol..

I'll just have to give it another try when the opportunity presents itself.. it really wasnt too bad a spot that i had.. If i described the house lights as being ominous then maybe that was my mistake.. It did look really strange but it was pretty neutral feeling. it didnt really concern me too much...
