I will soon be coming to the land of the mushroom, at just the right time too!

I was wondering how prevalent the little fellas are around Portland/Vancouver, WA?
Should I be able to wander around town and find a nice personal amount of psilo's or will I have to go west and into the woods or near the river?

I know they can be found pretty far inland but just how prominent are they is what I'm wondering?
Can my fantasy of casual encounters of the mushroom kind become a reality? Twisted Evil

The Cyans will be available in your area by late October, the usually are. I'm just up the road from Vancouver, WA. I find em every year about that time. They can be found in and around the Vacouver area. I've never picked in Portland. Good luck to you.

I wouldnt move anything from a woodchip pile until you have a positive ID on the type of fungus it is. lots of mycellium in wood chips looks the same. There are, I imagine, hundreds of wood lovers here in the PNW

Good Luck anyway!
