So I finally received my GVG all the way to the UK. It arrived about 30mins ago and I already tested it. It took 2 weeks to arrive and the total cost was around £132/$211. Below is the exact info to help any Brits who maybe considering buying one. Go for it you simply cant regret it.

Pricey But it was worth the money, probably the best purchase I have made. I have got to say a big thanks to olympus mon who basically talked me into getting the GVG, top man.

I sound like I am at an award ceremony or something. but I am really grateful for the information I have received here. That's how I felt during my first GVG experience. I always assumed the harsh smoke was standard and always going to be apart of DMT. I took the first hit saw the vapour and inhaled......I thought great this is a dud, then boom it hit me. I couldn't believe it I simply felt warm air...how can this be so. The worst part of doing DMT was smoking it, now that's gone. It really is the golden set-up for spice. I didn't breakthrough because I exhaled too soon because I thought it wasn't working. But that was great for my first experiment, because normally when I don't breakthrough I still feel the tight chest and hard breathing.

My trip consisted of entities communicating a big well done to me, telling me this was a good step. All the visions were soooo clear more clear than any other none breakthrough trip iv had. Then the people where like see this is what you get when you put the effort in.

Usually I can only do 2 sessions back to back because my breathing gets terrible. But I could go all night with the GVG it must be the best method of smoking. I am still flying high atm so please don't judge me on this post. Just want to drop a line asap, now back to what ever I was doing

Hell yeah man! I've stopped using my GVG as I've been unable to get an arc shipped here to the US. However, when I was using it with an improper lighter it was the SHIT! Best tool hands down for the experienced DMT user. Glad you were able to get over the "harsh smoke" aspect. I've found that the GVG and the sandwich method do not produce harsh smoke so if you're trying to inoculate a newcomer I feel that the sandwich method (with dried mint or mullein) I still feel that way is better. HOWEVER, the GVG is my favorite. Glad you could get it working so well so fast. Congrats and welcome to the club!

Also, I feel like the copper mesh is absolutely a must for freebase DMT. It was waste with volcano liquid pad and herbs or screens.
GVG+ copper mesh delivers full dose in one hit. And the mesh is only about 2-4mm thick! Magic...

And the arc... Can't go without one!

Also I must add that it takes practice to get the temperature right each time, if it's right, one will only feel nice after inhaling the full dose, that is, cool soft, pure DMT vapor, easy to keep in. Sometimes it even feels like it expands the lungs!

Anyone thinking about buying a VG, stop and save some money. I've tried VG and GVG and there's absolutely no comparison between the two, even when VG delivers, GVG beats it hands down!

I had 3 different (what-were-supposed-to-be) high quality butane lighters and I found the GVG insufferable to use for months while I was experimenting multiple times a day every day. It wasn't until I got the Arc that my life became 50x easier. Thanks to this thread, I went back today to surf the vapor genie website, and I noticed they had screens made specifically for the GVG (always wondering if my screens are too big) so I purchased those today.

You can find small screens from your local smoke shop that fits the GVG, just ask for the smallest screens. They are slightly smaller than the whole bowl, but they cover the hole nicely. I use one screen below the copper mesh. One screen model is manufactured by RED EYE of UK(google)
I just feel like ordering something from the US that can be found locally isn't necessary.

Actually the smaller screens at my local smoke shop are way too small. The screens I've been using all along are fine for the job, but I feel like they're just slightly large, so just to take a small possible complication variable out of the equation, for like $2 for 10 screens to try it out, I figure it's not that bad. That plus I need to order a new ceramic filter cause my friend kinda screwed mine up and I've tried cleaning out the soot multiple times but I always feel like it's giving much more resistance than I remembered, so tacking the $2 onto that order won't really be a big deal.

WOW so I had a nap and left it a few hours. I did some mediation and breathing exercises before hand. I was asking in my mediation for a super breakthrough, I said I am ready for anything I have worked hard and been patient in making nice pure spice, I believe I am using the best equipment I can possibly use. I think I deserve a powerful long trip....an boy did I get it.

I loaded the GVG with 70mg of my purest spice, thinking I could have a trip come back hit it again and so on....oh no. I kept the arc flame on heavy, exhaled all my oxygen and took a humongous 20 secs plus hit. It got a little hot at the end(like tele says above I will need to perfect the heating process) and I notice the pipe was clear, and realised I hit all 70mg at once. Next thing I knew, I am gone. Transported into this amazing world, I wont go into detail as you all will know what I mean.

But then It gets scary I realise I am living all these different existence in a circle and cant get out. As if I live them and it rotates back to a point where I say I have to get out of here, but forget and repeat the cycle over an over. Each time becoming more afraid because each rotation I realise I have tried to get out of this before why did I forget (at this point not remembering I live on earth, but I know this wasn't the way things should be), and it intensified each time an I panic. After what seemed years literally, I somehow fought my way out, now I am standing up off the sofa and realise I am on earth. I tried to get to my front door but as I looked at it, it zoomed away from me. When I finally managed to get to the door I couldn't figure out how to open it. My house was alien and a mirror opposite some of the time. I manage to open the door...in time, and thought I better not run out as I cant see our reality yet an could get hit by a car so I sit in the door way letting the cool air hit me(it took me ages to figure out how to sit ), meanwhile I still cant see any part of real life I new kind of where I was and remembered I need to wait this out, but I am only in my boxer shorts hanging out my door.

I am still there sitting saying to myself, you just need to wait this out an hopefully nobody walks past and sees you. But at the same time I was thinking maybe I have messed up my brain and will have a distorted reality from now on, and maybe I need help. So I am still there waiting for this to where off, thinking what if dmt is permanently leaking from certain people brains...the people we seen in mental hospitals, this thought scares me more. This entire time my house is dark and I begin to realise I need to turn the light on its next to the door, again it took a long time then I took even longer to get to my pc and figure out how to turn my music off. Finally the room comes back into perspective though some things are mirror opposite but I need to call someone to get a sense of reality. The numbers on the phone where all backwards and AGAIN took a long time and many "this number is not recognised please try again" to get through to my sister. She herself has smoked a few times with heavy breakthroughs an knew just what to say to chill me out.

I have skipped the different reality's I experienced I haven't got the energy or enough space to write all that. Lesson learned you call out DMT you get you ass handed to you. It now reminds me of this video where two guy go to the Amazon and try black Ayahuasca and one guy looses it an runs around the jungle. I can possible imagine being trapped in a loop for the hours it takes the effects of Ayahuasca to fade. It would be like a million years. All in all amazing

What is the big difference? I have a VG knock off. its called a VaporBuddy it's a cheaper Chinese made VG type of pipe that has worked well for me I just don't understand why a GVG is so much better

I can say many reasons but I suggest just trying it out!

Anyone who's smoked both VG and GVG: Isn't GVG superior?

Yeah, this problem's been going on for a while now. It was before I got my arc which is months ago by this point. My butane lighters were so unreliable that it was frustrating beyond belief, so if I (or somebody) needed that to continue in a hurry when the butanes wouldn't cooperate, I'd grab a bic. This was also during the period when I still let people light the GVG for themselves. I've tried to clean the soot several times, and though the outside of the ceramic filter looks different, I've always felt there's just been too much resistance which is making me pull harder than I should have to which is also overheating the spice since it should be vaping in quicker time.

Anyway, I've never used the VG, but being able to see how much you're filling it is an invaluable function when vaping DMT. Just going by feel/timing can lead to a lot of experiences that you probably wouldn't want one way or the other (too high/too low), and most likely too low. You can also measure how well your vaping technique is by how "dirty" the GVG gets. If you're watching liquid pour down the neck and you've got more DMT condensate than you can shake a finger at, you know you've got your setup wrong. I'd imagine this would be hard to discern with the VG, and you could go on for a while before figuring out you're doing something wrong (if ever).

Whoa with 70mg I would be crapping my pants if taken in one hit! 35-40mg is the limit for me....
