Using ETOH and (apparently basifying it first) for your first catch and then condensing seems like a pretty hip way to store a TON of de-fatted MUCK... basically do your A wash of an ATB with everclear and vinegar *3parts everclear to 1 part vinegar* and then strain and evap or condense. grab this goo and store in a mason jar *wide mouth* great for storing lots of mimosa goodness in not a lot of space.
