this time i decided to pull first with hexane 3 times and then xylene 3 times to get the first n-dmt and then jungle spice i observed that the yield i pulled with hexane is like 1/4 of the yield i pulled with xylene. so is that mean jungle spice is like 4 times more than n-dmt in the bark ?

i evaporate hexane and reached beautifull crystalls but how will i clean it from the solvent ?

Live plants. Sustainable, ethically sourced, native American owned.

No it means your 3 hexane pulls did not get all of the alkaloids, there was for sure still plenty of dmt which your xylene pulled (+ plant oils and maybe small amount of 2MTHBC and NMT).

If you want to get some more of the DMT from the jungle, recrystalize using warm hexane which should pull your dmt and leave your jungle with less dmt (though it will still have some).

As for how to clean it from solvent, what do you mean? Solvent traces? Well let it evap and dry well for a few hours, or vacuum drying if you have.. Another good thing to do is to use a bit of (non-denatured) ethanol or acetone or similar, to redissolve your crystals and evap again, so as to remove traces of solvent from inside crystals and give it further chance to evap completely

From what I've seen jungle spice is ~90% N-N,DMT, leading to the conclusion that Xylene is simply a more aggressive solvent than other choices. I'd find you the actual data on it but I haven't the foggiest where it went.
