So I will soon be acquiring some Harmine and had a few questions about the administration. Seems I should take about 200mgs Harmine and wait 30 minutes, then take 60-75mgs DMT in two separate doses 10-15 minutes apart.

Question is do I dissolve both the Harmine and DMT in OJ first? Is that it? Just put it in OJ and stir?

If the harmine is freebase, you may want to put it in oj. But the dmt is the one that really needs to be salted as it can cause pretty bad discomfort if left in freebase form. You don't have to take the dmt in two separate doses. Some people prefer taking both the harmine, and dmt together, but I like waiting 20 minutes or so between maoi and dmt.

I always take both together, I think its the harmalas that cause the upset stomach rather than the dmt but I may be wrong. Mix the dmt with orange juice if its in freebase form, if its in salt form you can put it in a capsule with a hole poked in the end.

That would make you really live up to your name - i would suggest >200 mg harmine <100 mg DMT

Or 200mg harmine - 50mg-70mg clean spice fumarate.
All depends of the purity of your extract also.

Just to weigh in on the other side...I know I'm a tad hard-headed, but for a nice moderate experience I need ~125-150mg DMT and 250-300mg harmalas.

yeah i agree with rOm my first pharma was way too intense and i literally thought i was gonna die because I took about ~2.75g 3x rue with 2 capsules of ~70mg DMT FB separated by 5-10 minutes. not a great first experience haha

Based on the advice I've received I think I'll go with 250mgs harmine and 100mgs DMT. I don't want to be completely knocked on my ass for 3 hours but I want to definitely feel something. And I'm usually less sensitive to psychedelics than most anyway. Thanks everyone!
