Hey, about to do my first extraction, and was wondering if any Canadian members can help me out with what brands of naptha and lye to use. I cant seem to find vm&p and was wondering if there is a safe alternative. I couldnt find the lye that the tek was calling for either.
Can any canadian members, particularly in ontario give some safe brands of naptha and naoh that they have personally used and found success with? thanks.

Escort camp fuel from canadian tire... ...and the lye I got from a soap/candle shop... This, what I'm experiencing now, is a whole new level of my being.

Thanks guys, thats great. I guess it doesnt matter what brand of lye as long as its 100%, but any brands that come to mind?

No offence... but I think you should be researching that on your own... As this is exactly how the products that we need and use get taken off the shelf at the supplier's that are mentioned. As a fellow canadian, who was in your same position not to long ago it would suck to lose my sources. Lye is used in soap and more then likely available at soap making store or supplier. Naptha - Coleman Camp fuel I'm sure I don't need to tell you where to find that. Its readily available all over. If you happen to live in TDot send me a pm  I am not a fictional character

a bit late, but as noted above - escort fuel from Canadian Tire. DO NOT use Coleman's - it leaves a blue residue when evapped and is not recommended. For lye, soap candle/health shop (believe it or not!) is where I get mine. Don't use lye. That shit is nasty. Use hydrated lime as in Q21Q21's tek. https://wiki.dmt-nexus.m.../Lime_A/B_Extraction_Tek Its easier and safer. You don't have to worry about burning your eyes out. You can get lime online. "Prying open my third eye."

2 things I have evapped a large amount of coleman fuel, with no residue, also this stuff can be bought anywhere. literally, use your brain to find it, shouldnt be hard  DJ_truthseek, whats wrong with lye? I would guess, and guess only, %90 of the people on nexus who have done an extract have or still do use lye, I know ive used lye for every home experiment. i have got lye mixtures of 15/1 (ml of water/grams of lye) on my bare skin, and honestly i dont see the fuss, every so often it MAY make me a little itchy, but no "burning of skin" that so many people report, maybe its just me? but i doubt it. im not trying to come off as rude, and i do know that jbark is a very experienced and involved member of this community, but i believe those are myhts, i may be wrong, but who doesnt opt towards personal experience?

I've gotten lye on my arm, it kinda itches/burns but nothing to serious just turned red
