This topic says otherwise. I am not certain if I can recreate the same effects, but I will attempt to do so.
The bark arrived today and it is crushed up already, though it is not powdered.
Also, the supplier states that it is from "Eastern Taiwan", not Hawaii. I cannot of course verify this but I see no reason for the supplier to lie about this.
I've also found my method of preparation (comments/suggestions welcome!):
I will take an amount of the bark (not yet decided on how much would be necessary) and boil it in water with some lemon juice added for easier extraction of the DMT. I may use tea bags for this, or I may not. Again, not sure what the best method would be. I will boil/simmer it for a couple of hours, remove the bark from the water and store it. Then I will repeat this process with another batch of water and the same bark. I will then continue this pattern until the water stops changing color. At that point I will discard the bark and combine all of the brews. I will then boil it down until it can easily fit in a container (tupperware seems the most likely). I am not certain when I will consume the brew, but I plan on making it today or tomorrow. It seems like an easy enough process, even if it will take a while.
Comments/suggestions on this method of preparation? Recommendations for the amount to be used?
